With the 100th anniversary of the Great War looming, have the BBC given any consideration to showing this series again. It was absolutely brilliant -especially Nicholas Jones as Captain Triggers.

I thought Wings was dreadful, with wooden posh accents saying things like "ER HELLER"

I thought the first series was excellent, but it did rather lose it's way later on, especially with some of the confusing love affairs between Farmer's sister with Gaylion and between Gaylion's sister and Farmer. In actual fact the biggest romance (Not acted upon, of course, after all this was the BBC 1977) was ' between Farmer and Gaylion.
