    Hey Deepak,
I see that’s why English is your second official language, since it has been used to communicate between people of each state that whose own language can not communicate to each other. I think only the difference of accent between English and American would not cause so much trouble when communication as well as various countries English accent. In India who is the popular foreign singer artist right now? Do you like Korean song “Kangnam Style”? May be I spell it not correctly! ^^

    Hi Jow,
how are you. Well it is not like that . Actually Hindi is our National Language but due to have so many languages people use it as per their states. For example PUNJABI Language is spoken in Punjab State and Marathi is spoken in Mumbai City but now people of other states live in each and every city so now they have got used to understand and speak the launguages where they are staying. Well friend don't mind but I am fond of listening to only old Indian movie songs and I don't listen to any other songs but people of india also listen to Shakira, brittany spears and other foreigner singers.
Well I watched a very romantic song ''LOVE IS BLIND'' on youtube. I think it was a Korean song. Have you watched or listened to this song or have you ever watched any Indian movie or song. I will wait for your reply. Sorry dear actually the question tag of keyboard is not working so I could not use question mark where it required to be use.

    Hi Deepak,
I’m fine and you? I can lend you ????????? this mark a lot ^^ Hey, it’s a joke! Your country has a lot of people, it is quite normal that there will be different language in each part. I think it is almost same in Thailand.
I see may be India is middle between western and eastern side of the world, that’s why your country got more influence by the western side. Thai people also listen to western song, but eastern song is more favourable. I have not seen so much Indian movie or song, due to Thai Media don’t so much promote of it. But I think Indian entertainment is so much develop due to now you have Bollywood, as same as in America Hollywood. ^^ In Delhi, do you have to travel long distance between your home and working place? How about the weather? Could you describe Delhi weather? What is it looked like?

Really, you are a vegetarian!!!! I had seen a book, and it said most people in India are vegetarians. Is that true? How is the percentage? I can't believe it.
In Taiwan a pure vegetarian doesn't eat onion, garlic, chives, despite the fact that they are vegetable. Do you eat them?

Our main food is rice. When we eat, we have a bowl of rice with vegetable, fish, meat...and soup. We don't put it together. We put food in different plates.

Hi Francy, how are you friend.? Well friend A typical Indian meal combines salty, sweet, creamy, spicy, hot and pungent flavors. The basic menu usually comprises starch, a meat or fish main dish, vegetables, and chutney. Traditionally, Indian flat bread or basmati rice complements the other dishes to highlight a balanced spectrum of flavors. Many regional specialties are enjoyed throughout India, and worldwide. In northern and central India, roti or phulka are popular, unleavened flatbreads. Chapati is also an unleavened flatbread, but somewhat thinner than roti. Puri is a deep-fried flatbread. An exception to the customary unleavened breads is naan, which is a leavened, oven-baked bread. Wholewheat flour or atta is the main ingredient used to make Indian bread. Basmati rice (Basmati chawal) is a fragrant, long grain rice, and is the preferred rice for Indian cuisine.
Punjabi cooking favors milk in various forms, including dahi (yogurt), makhan (white butter) and ghee (Indian clarified butter). Other basic ingredients are onions, tomatoes, cumin, turmeric, mustard, garlic and ginger. Famous Punjabi dishes are tandoori chicken, makki ki roti (Punjabi corn bread) and kheer (Indian rice pudding). Tandoori chicken is made with spicy yogurt and curry sauce in a traditional tandoor earthen oven heated with coal.
Like the Punjab, many South Indian dishes are available in other areas of the country and the world. South Indian cuisine includes many vegetarian dishes, liberally seasoned with spices such as cardamom, black pepper, and cinnamon, and coconut, mustard seed, curry leaves and dried red chilis. Fish and steamed rice are staples, as are spicy kebabs, idlis (steamed rice cakes) and dosas (crispy savory pancakes). Poppadoms or papads are crispy wafers served on the side or as a snack. Other snacks are banana chips and jackfruit chips.
Among the most popular Indian spices is cumin (Cuminum cyminum), also called jeera or jira, which flavors curry. Cumin has a bitter and nutty taste. It dates back to ancient Egypt and Greece. About 4,000 years ago, the ancient Indian culture of Vedic first popularized turmeric (haldi), which flavors almost every Indian vegetable and meat dish, adding a bright, yellow color. Turmeric is comparable to ginger, except that it is in powder form.
Indian cuisine offers a rich array of nationally enjoyed desserts. Rasgulla or rasbari is a dessert made of soft cheese balls in a sugary syrup. Perfected in Bengal, rasgulla came originally from Orissa. Kulfi or Indian ice cream includes several spices such as cardamom, saffron and cinnamon. Its consistency is similar to that of frozen custard. Burfi is Indian cheesecake made of milk and with a spicy taste, a marked difference from regular cheesecake.
Hope you liked this . Have a nice day friend. Can you tell me something about your daily routine meals.

    Hello Deepak
    How are you recently?
I started my winter vacation now, but I don't have the casual time, because I have to prepare for the licenses. smiley - steam

In Taiwan many people learn the first foreign language is English and the second foreign language maybe Japanese, Spanish, French, or Vietnamese(many people choose this, because businessmen go to Vietnam to invest.) How about India? What is the famous foreign language in India?

On the Christmas I celebrate with my American friends. We eat the meal before exchanging the gift, and use the American style to open the gift. That's very interesting.

Recently, There is a big festival in India. I see many people go there and celebrate. Do you celebrate that too? Maybe you can tell me more about the details.

Wish you have a nice day~

    Anita

    Hi Dear Anita,

It is nice to receive your reply. So you have winter vacation. Well my friend English is spoken by most people in India as a Foreign Language. After English other languages people learn like German, French and others but in daily routine work English is used by people. People learn German , French, Chinese and other languages for business purpose only.
Well dear when it comes to Festivals you can say India is Country of
Festivals. There are so many Festivals are celebrated here. Tell me what is the name of Festival you are talking about?
I think you are talking about " Kumbh Mela" ( Kumbh Fair). Many people dip in the holy River " Ganga" and this fair is organised on the bank of River. If you are talking about other Festival tell me . I will explain to you. So how is the cold in your city?
