Please read the following sentence and help me to find the incorrect answer.
"Can we.... on his loyalty?"
My suggestion was the 4., but in the key the wrong option is the 3. Why?

I'd have to say it is because 'reckon' used in this way is an informal term and one which I reckon would find little use in this context.

'Reckon' to me here suggests an element of doubt or uncertainty.
