1) Active voice : Richard has sent that bouquet of roses. ( present perfect tense )
2) Passive voice : That bouquet of roses have been sent by Richard. ( present perfect tense )
Dear teachers, I am learning active and passive voices.
Please teach me whether the above 2 sentences are correct.
The first sentence I use HAS because Richard is singular.
The second sentence I use HAVE for that bouquet of roses ( plural )
Dear teachers, please teach me whether the above 2 sentences are correct.

The first sentence is correct.
The second sentence should use "has" because "bouquet of roses" is singular (dictated by "bouquet" rather than "roses"). Contrast "Those roses have been sent by Richard".
You should not put a space after an opening bracket or before a closing bracket. In modern English you should not put a space before a colon.

Thank you for correcting my sentences. Your explanation in this issue is very clear. I will be careful in using opening bracket, closing bracket and aware of a space before a colon.
Daer GPY, once again thank you.
