    1) This invoice billed from AIA Insurance London branch.

Dear teacher, is the above 1) sentence correct.

I am learning how to use " INVOICE " and " BILLED " to make sentence.

My sentence should include the words " INVOICE " and " BILLED "

Dear teachers, please teach me whether the above 1) sentence is correct.

    Thank you.

    Li Band.

What you have written in 1) is not a sentence, it is a fragment. As such, it is acceptable if you put a comma after 'insurance'.

Note, however, that 'invoice' and 'bill' are essentially synonyms. Since you are using 'bill' as a verb, "invoice billed" is passable.

I suggest you complete the sentence.

    Dear teacher Robert,

    Thank you.

It is easier to make sentences with " were billed " or " was billed " , but it is very difficult to make sentences with " invoice billed "

I will try as follow :

    1) This INVOICE BILLED from AIA Insurance company, don't use it, you use other Insurance company as sample.

    2) This INVOICE WAS BILLED from AIA Insurance company, the total amount was US dollars 120.00. ( passive voice ??? )

Dear teachers, please correct the above 1) and 2) sentences. Are these 2 sentences correct?

    Thank you.

    Li Band.

It really should be "invoice FROM" and "billed BY"

    1) "This invoice billed by AIA insurance company --- don't use it. Use the other insurance company as an example."

    2) "This invoice was billed by AIA insurance company. The total amount was USD 120."

    Yes, passive voice.
