Hi,
An iregular shape is when you get a shape & you don't see it as you usually do. Like a hexigon, imagian that, now to get an irregular hexigon you draw a shape with 6 sides.

an iregular shape is a shape whitch is iregular so if u had a 6 sided shape then u drew it as a + sign it wold be irregular hope it helps =] by the way im in yr7 2

you know how a hexagon has 6 sides well instead of being the normal hexagon shape below v

its not normal e.g this

A regular shape is one where all of the sides are the same length.
An irregular shape is a shape where not all of the sides equal the same length.
For example, you know what a regular hexagon looks like? 6 sides, all the same length.
An irregular hexagon would be one where there are still 6 sides, but not all of the sides are the same length.
