As posted last week www.bbc.co.uk/dna/mb... we've made some changes to the focus of the board. Please see the new section heading and my post for more information, but this section is now primarily for you to discuss the technical side of BBC iPlayer. We will continue to monitor the board but if you have a problem that requires a response from us, please visit the help pages at www.bbc.co.uk/iplaye...

If you had posts in the old section, you should still be able to access them – click on My Discussions in the left-hand column to find them.

Thank you Jonathan. The change in the emphasis and in the wording of the section heading is very helpful. I look forward to being able to constructively discuss developments and issues in the future.

PS: Bad form I know to follow up, but:

1: The Radio section heading refers to "TV streams and downloads ..." rather than "Radio"
2: The link to "the range of devices that can access BBC iPlayer" goes to a page which while helpful, totally omits the category of internet radio devices. I'm sure I could supply a list should you require on. I trust the omission isn't because of a clash of interests with BBC's DAB radio service.

    Thanks again.

The first paragraph should say (because I wrote it):

"A place to discuss BBC radio's internet streams; suggestions for the future and feedback about radio within the BBC iPlayer, the Radio Console, and internet connected devices".

I'm unclear why it's been rewritten to discuss television, but since the pictures are better on radio, I'm sure Jon will be able to get this fixed as soon as he reads my rather unhappy email on the subject! (grin)

To confirm: this is the place to talk radio over the internet, however it gets to you, on whatever device. Come on in!
