Have been trying to watch The Apprentice via Humax Freesat HD receiver but get message that the content is not working, please try again later.
I have previously had no issues with any program.
The stream plays if I select the high bandwidth stream but due to low speeds of my line, it stops and stutters constantly so is unwatchable. Normal speed is usually fine as long as I don't ry to watch at peak traffic times as I am some way from the exchange.
My setup is wired ethernet and content plays on laptop via wireless fine.
Other programs seem fine......it's just this stream from the Buying for the Savoy program last week.
I have been trying every day at different times and the program never even starts......it just goes straight to this message all the time.
Any Ideas?....it's so frustrating and nothing has changed my end.
