This is bordering on suggestions but will probably turn into a rant....

Basically I've noticed this for some time but it has been getting worse so I've finally had enough and seek out a way of communicating this frustration

Classic example is today... I love Doctor Who, but I'm not always in to watch it and yet for some reason it has taken over a day and still counting to upload it onto the iplayer site for downloading.

The iplayer app on the computer is set to find the programme literally a couple of mins after the programme has finished even though 99% of the time it's not been uploaded yet so I just get an error message. It then just sets it to coming soon which it doesn't change from unless you restart iplayer... And yes it is set to anytime and any other FAQs. Which defeats the whole object of having an independent app for it on the computer as I then have to go through the site to find what the app remembers I like to download what the app was meant to.

    HD live channel on iplayer.......?

while I'm at it another fault is that if you're watching it by streaming it through the internet and it has to load i.e. the lots of circles going round... Well it's done this a few times and is highly irritating but it comes up with the circles but the image of whatever your watching is still going on and then the sound duplicates with a delay and when you pause it the sound carries on so you have to close it or refresh it and find the point you were up to....

Like I said a bit of a rant but the suggestion is to fix those smiley - smiley

    complain
