You have a new or revised faq
'Who should I forward BBC iPlayer Desktop Log Files to? '
    iplayerhelp.external...

I DO NOT THINK THE FAQ IS CORRECT as it stands

I have often mentioned this procedure, and believe you sometimes ask for logfiles regarding installation or playing of Desktop.

I am not sure the faq as it stands is of any use whatsoever, it is a short one and so I quote it in full:

Please note that from now on Log Files should be sent to [black underline text in original faq ->]Silpa Paruchuri with Audience Services iPlayer Feedback and INF iPlayer Team Cc'd in.

    - Which log files do these people want ?
is it only the one mentioned in the 'related question' : How do I find the BBC iPlayer Desktop log file? iplayerhelp.external...
or do the same people want the installation logfiles referred to iniplayerhelp.external...

    - The underlined text is just that it is not a pasteable email address or link to any contact us form, so what are people reading the faq supposed to do.

    - INSTALLATION LOGFILE if only the play error files are wanted, it may be useful to reference what the reader should do if trying to send in the installation error logfile.

Anyone tried to use the advice on this faq ??
can you understand it and get it to work ?
or have I missed something obvious ?

    John

    PS
in case any problems reading the faq relate to my system
I am using XP pro SP2, with latest FF3.5.2
However I have recently used contact us forms and received email; replies from the bbc so I have no reason to believe problem with lack of links in faq relate to my system
I also made a comment on the contact us form of the faq mentioned.

    Bump
It has crept up the rss listing again, (Where can I find the Windows Media streams to listen live to National BBC
    Radio?
" 02 November 2009 11:18 " ) still looks unlikely to be of any help to anyone, or can anyone make sense of it and the odd underlined text it contains.

Wonder if it counts as a Messageboard bug

Thanks, this is for our team and shouldn't be available to cause confusion,
