Many people, me included, like to use google chrome. However, I have noticed that we cannot get a "more downloads" link in chrome, and have to use ie or firefox. Why is this? Can it be fixed soon?
    Thanks.

Just noticed that "more downloads" doesn't get shown in safari for windows either. Ironically, the iplayer isn't avalible in full on the fastest browers! Just the sort of thing you would want a fast browser for!

Google Chrome and Safari both use a rendering engine called Webkit, as far as I know, and the other big browsers (Internet Explorer and Firefox) don't. That's probably why this issue affects them. Anybody discovered a fix (using IE for iPlayer at the minute) ?

Oh, I forgot to mention, in Chrome you should report this to Google by clicking on 'Page' / 'Report bug or broken website'. Just in case you haven't done so already ;-)

If your using a Mac and Safari you won't get the more downloads button because they're for PCs (wmv files and Microsoft DRM).
