Audio Program Bufferring 3 times a minute!!

    I just finished using IPlayer to listen to eposode 3 of radio 4's book of the week. It only lasts 15 mins, but has taken me ages to hear it all! The program buffered 2 to 3 times every minute, each interruption lasting for 5 to 10 seconds.

    The same thing happend yesterday when I listened to episode 2... Very frustrating.

    ISP = Virgin ADSL Broardband.
    ZDnet speed test showed download speed of 2.5 - 3 MBits per sec.

    Any Suggestions?
