Samsung YP-Q1 and fuzzy bottom

I'm getting a small fuzzy band at the bottom of the screen when watching iPlayer content on my YP-Q1. The horizontal band is about 5-10% of the total screen size and is really annoying, anyone know how to solve this problem?

I'm also aware of one other person who has this problem.
