Hi
Have a customer with an issue where her Mac won't stream from iPlayer website. She is using Safari on Mac OS/X 10.3.9. Player window appears but no audio/vdieo. Flash player installed OK, cookies accepted, Java ok. Any suggestions ?
Try on someone else's connection.
Check any firewalls are letting iPlayer through.
Is a BT home hub involved?

Hi
Forgot to say - she has a second Mac downstairs and iPlayer fine on this (and she says it used to work on the "broken" one). Yes there is a Home Hub but I guess if that were the problem it would affect both Macs ? No firewalls involved that I can see
Cheers

Hi
Anybody any ideas ?

Have you tried using Firefox? There's a known conflict with some OSX versions and Safari.

And then it started working suddenly and all went well for months. And now (suddenly again and with no changes to the machine or net connection in question) it's stopped. No play button, no tv screen, no 'more information about this show', no clickable radio play button, even.
Any ideas at all?
