Disk space issue. Unable to play downloads

    Tried to download episodes 3 to 12 of Spiral yesterday onto my v.old computer having first read message board..
    Success with 3 to 9, others not possible as capacity reached.(All understandable)
    Today message appears on Desktop
    Disk space issue.
    'You have reached the limit of your library space as defined in your preferences. Before downloading new probgrammes you must increase the disk space allocation or delete some of the downloads.
    Click OK
    Nothing happens when I click Ok so I am unable to increase space, delete downloads or watch episodes 3 to 9 which are there until 13th June.
    Background beyond this message
    very dark but episode 3 visible available until 13th June.

    Help appreciated.

    Do you mean that when you click OK nothing at all happens (i.e. the dialog remains on screen) or that the dialog box goes away but nothing happens (which is what I would expect).

    Have you tried to check your v old computer actually has the space available to increase the space for the library ?

    If you watch 3 to 9 you can delete them and will have space for 10 to 12. It probably helps if you answer the last question detailing wjhat actually happens. Also note logs maybe available that may help determine what is happening.

    (I have made the last couple of posts on a machine without my bookmarks available so have not included full links info)
