    Hi all,

I've just started using iPlayer and for TV it works fine, but when I try and listen to a radio program the play button is not there, it's just a black box or weird bit of advert from somewhere else on the screen with the yellow tootltip above it saying Click to Play.
In fact, all the space underneath the play window, from the play button to where it says Share is just garbage and made up of bits of other windows. Odd!

I have no idea what to do and I've tried opening a new window and all the usual tricks.

    Please help...

    Phil

Ah - I updated my version of Real PLayer and it started to work, although the play button and progress bar etc now looks silver and different, but it works.
I though Windows Media player was used for iPlayer, maybe not!

The iPlayer and bbc offer many different ways of listening or viewing on many different systems, because of this if you realise it is not a problem with a specific radio programme, you may find the 'software Issues' more helpfull.

Windows streams and downloads are available, as are RealPlayer streams. If you are using RealPlayer and update the version it may well look different. Real player will look different again if you use it directly.

You will often find the message board suggests info you should provide this helps others to answer your problem or decide if they have the same or a different problem.
