I am really confused on linear graphs and rearranging to find the format y=mx+c!!! please help test tomorrow!!

This is maths and also a reply after a month but it's basically like rearranging normal formulas. So get rid of of the x on one side leaving the y by adding/subtracting and get rid of the constant of the y side by doing the same. If there is a number in front of the y divide to get rid of that number et voila!
Remember whatever you do on one side you have to do on the other.
