one of the main things which helped me for my revisions were keep doing many past papers as you can(the question in past papers will be kind of same but the examiner will modify the question a bit.) when you keep doing past papers again and again you will memory of how the questions will be and you will not forget it. take notes on every important points, and read them over and over again. watch video clips related to your topic will makes you remember the basics of each topics. when revising gets boring do some quiz which are related to the topic, this will help you know what you have learned. reading over the textbook or revision guide is a good idea to.
I hope this helped

The exam boards publish them on their websites (with the mark schemes). You can download them for free.

Hi,
I'm finding the same difficulty, but I've discovered that reducing everything to bullet points & learning those bullet points off by heart tends to keep things in my head. I learn one section at a time & go through my learned bullet points in my head at odd moments, when I'm queuing or showering or getting up, etc., so they stay fresh.

I like to make spider diagrams (you can use the textbooks and note down all the key points if you're doing AQA). I also find that making revision cards is really useful? If you like singing then you could make up songs for certain processes etc- sounds silly but it works! Basically you just need to find what works for you. Hope that helps.
