does anyone know any good ways of remembering these cycles as i am finding them really tricky and i have my Biology B1 resit on the 1st march.

Divide each cycle into three parts:
1 - how carbon (or nitrogen) is removed from the air
2 - how carbon (or nitrogen) is passed from one organism to another
3 - how carbon (or nitrogen) is returned to the air
Fill in brief details of the processes in each part, e.g. photosynthesis (carbon cycle part 1), feeding (carbon cycle part 2), respiration (carbon cycle part 3).
There will be other processes to add but hopefully you can see what I mean.
