I think anyone who has enough decency as a human being should always help another human being who asks for it, religion or no religion.

If this is an exam question, a good model anwser would be for 2 marks;
I think that Christians should help asylums seekers because in the bible it says, 'Love thy neighbour' so by helping asylum seekers they are doing so.

I think that Christians should help everyone because in the Parable of the Good Samaritan, Jesus clearly outlines thy Neighbour as all human beings. Therefore, since asylum seekers are human beings, they must be helped.
You could argue that Christians have a moral duty to help others.
