This debate seems more like an argument and I really don't want an argument. You have your replies to your questions on the internet. Everyone has reasons for why they do wrong, but I am sure you wouldn't steal. If you did, you have a reason for it, likewise for Muslim terrorists. I don't want an argument to start, and I don't even have time to answer ALL of this, otherwise I would. All I say is please respect my religion, forgive me if it seems like I'm not respecting yours, I am. We know the power of death, we have reasons for why God hates disbelievers. We respect what He believes, and I respect what you believe. I believe Islam is about peace. And I think many think us in the wrong way and they shouldn't. I think what people assume of Islam is stereotype things. That's all I am going to say. smiley - smiley You believe and assume what you want, but I do not want my religion to be disrespected.

Islam is a peaceful religion. It only attacks to defend itself.

"I think it is better if Muslims stopped bragging about their relgion, the same goes to everyone and learn to respect each other first, then say that your relegion is great."

No offence but don't you think you're being a bit hypocritical when you type that? Since what you typed is what you're not doing. True, people should stop bragging but how can people stop bragging if people are putting their religion down? If I said something offensive about your religion (which I won't), you'd get defensive, you may even end up bragging so you see, if you think that many of us are bragging, that's the reason smiley - smiley

    Depends on who you ask

    - The geographer would say that, since a large portion of the world's population growth is happening in Islam-majority or partially so countries, a correspondingly high increase occurs in the populations of those who affiliate themselves with Islam.

    - The conservative Muslim would argue that more people are seeing the light, so to speak.

Myself? I would argue a combination of both, being a Muslim and all. It was reported in the 1986 Readers Digest Almanac that Islam grew worldwide by 247%. Conversely, Christianity grew by 47%. Again, I would emphasis the share of many factors in this marked increase.

Why is Islam the fastest growing religion?   well more and more scholars and normal people look into the religion and as they look more into it the more they become more intrigued. This can make people see the religion in a different perspective and they would come to think that Islam is the religion they want to follow it. some here might have islamophobia ( having hatred toward muslims) as they might think islam brings war and destruction and all that nonsense however many judge islam focusing on the bad some muslims do but not the religion itself. Back to my original point more people look into the religion to find the truth.

Islam is a peaceful religion. It only attacks to defend itself.  majority of the people who attack make a bad image on the religion, there are many other ways of defending ourselves rather than 'attacking'
As a Muslim myself i know whats right and wrong as do all others and what islam is about and for one thing im sure its not about violence but some just take it too far and do exactly that
