www.telegraph.co.uk/...

(My guess is that Dredelspin accidentally posted the Opinion Discussion page when it is BOTH News and offered for Comments at The Telegraph. When you Google it you get the Opinion page first and teh News page second) I have posted the News link so can we get on and find out what people's opinion is?

Ron Prosor claims that while the UK was once admired for its liberal fairness and decency, in recent years extremists have "hijacked" its debate over Israel

Quoted from this message

He refrains from identifying extremists any further.

Here is some opinion that contributes to the debate www.spectator.co.uk/...

I am ambivalent about Prosor's commenting because although I agree with his observation I don't see how it will change much. In fact it may very well be fodder for those with extremist anti-Israel views to take the opportunity to do even more.

I can just see MPAC Uk..... I can just hear Mr Galloway...... CiF will be rocking..... The Independent will analyse and tell us why he's wrong (they won't need to actually read the news item I suspect)

And this is the ONLY one you can post comments into so I should be thanked for this public spirited venture to help BBC out of a hole.

BTW Brandon, I've been at work all day and all I see is ONE post that disappeared during the day when I briefly dipped-in and has re-appeared (the one you linked to).

Since you are engaged in this thread who do you think these 'extremists' are?

And since he mentions the Academic Boycott do you conceded that the intended UCU Boycott can neither work nor can be implemented?

Do you agree with the Parliamentary report on Antisemitism that the rise in teh UK can be attributed to Islamist groups and opinion?
