How to be Epic @ Everything

Hey guys,
I hope you’ve caught some of the brand new series: ‘How to be Epic @ Everything’.
If not, where have you been!? Check it out here: www.bbc.co.uk/cbbc/s...
So far, I’ve been finding out how to be epic at guitar from an actual rock god! Aaron Craze has shown me how to eat in a posh restaurant. And I now know the basics of milking a cow.
All this epic-ness has got me wondering though, what could you teach everyone to be epic at?
I think I could show people how to be epic at sleeping in on a Sunday -
Step 1: Keep the curtains closed.
Step 2: Keep your eyes closed.
Step 3: Pretend not to hear anyone who tells you to get up.
It’s as easy as that
. So, what could you teach everyone to be EPIC at boardies?

I Am Epic @ Gymnastics.
So, I'm going to teach you how to do a REALLY high bridge from scratch, and I've only just adapted how to do it.
• You begin in a normal crab position, then push up.
• Your head will be hurting as it is still on the ground.
• Move your legs so that they are a tad closer to your head
• Push.
Incredibly, If you have the strength to, it works!

Part Two ~
I Am Epic @ Gymnastics.
So, I told you how to do a bridge, next up is a backward roll over.
Forward roll over's are easy for most of us, but backward roll over's cause us pain, like you, I find it SOOOO annoying that I can't roll properly over!
Unless.....
• Get into the normal backward roll over position
• Like with the bridge, get your hands next to your head
• Push.
Did It Work? If you have any more dilemmas on Gymnastics, Ask Me. But does anyone have a guide to Cartwheels and Bridges with a Kick Over?

I try and focus on the positive things in life insted of negetive and if at any point dureing life I feel like nothings 'epic', Work out how to make it better. But I'm totally epic at drawing, poems, all arts, and especialy pottery because my grandaddy tought my to sculpt using clay when i was young.

I am epic @ being a one directioner. And here is my advice in simple steps...
step one: listen to 1D music
step two: have a 1D party
step three: buy everything to do with 1D
step four: And, well... just gossip.
And that is how to be epic @ being a one directioner

If your friend at school is REALLY bugging you, ignore them! All you have to do is pretend they're not saying anything. Turn your head to say 'I'M NOT INTERESTED!!!' Don't actually you're not interested, because the friend will carry on. BE EPIC!!! -

I'm epic at writing stories because it's fun and when you are writing a book it can take you anywhere in the world whilst you are still at home!
