Hey,
It's so sad to hear she has died at a young age
I loved her in the doctor who series
We wish her family all the best at this sad time

I went to a tribute for her at a cinema where they sold DW merchandise and showed School Reunion, Prisoner of the Judoon and Wedding of Sarah Jane Smith on the big screen. They had loads of costumed monsters and it was amazing!

Elisabeth Sladen was, and still is such an inspiration to me. I'm really upset that she passed away, I truly loved her as Sarah Jane in both Doctor Who and the Sarah Jane Adventures. I will never forget her, she could truly put a smile on my face. I will remember her forever.

yes i have herd the news and i was absoloutely gutted when i figured it out because sarah jane was truly a marvellous actor and i couldnt belive it i even made up a song about all her adventures and i think i would miss herr more than ever

You may have heard the sad news that Elisabeth Sladen, the star of The Sarah Jane Adventures, died yesterday at the age of 63. You can find out more about it in this Newsround story:

Lis Sladen's character, Sarah Jane Smith, touched the hearts of many people - I loved her in many old Doctor Who stories and was thrilled when she got the chance to star in her own CBBC show. I will miss her very much.

When I seen this all on the news,my Heart sank,as tears ran down my face,I flashed back memories of Liz starring In Sarah Jane Aventures and in Doctor Who,she was an amazing actress who will always be dearly missed because she was a spectacular person inside and out,she was loyal,trust - worthy,good - hearted,amazing,etc.
At least she still lives on in our hearts and our minds,we cannot run away from this loss but we still have to face up to it she has died,but she wouldn't of wanted us all to be sad,would she?She would want us all to be happy and to never forget her,and belive me,how can we forget that wonderful woman?

I know not many people will be reading this at the moment becasue it's been a long time since she (elisabeth sladen) passed away. When I was younger my dad would put on doctorwho and we would watch it, at first I thought this is for boys, but then I enjoyed it. The first assistant I ever saw was Rose, I thought she was amazing so cool nice funny, then I heard of the sarah jane adventures. I loved it, came on more than doctorwho I would spend ages up in my room just thinking what it would be like to be with her to fight with her even talk to her, I loved her alot she was funny and she didn't look her age! I found out that she was an assistant to the doctor when I was watching it and my dad came home and told me, to be honest I wasn't surprised! when I was on my way home from a sleepover, my mum had heard it on the radio that she had passed away, I felt like crying when I heard, in fact I did. I knew that the sarah jane adventures would have no new episodes, i'd seen them all not like they were boring but the shock! I've always wanted to act or direct and watching her made lis my role model, there have been so many tributes towards her, and I have a feeling that when we all look up she is there, and forever defending the earth. R.I.P lis x x x

she is my hero and i was always dreading the day would come. i watched her series since i was little and when i was 5 up to 8 i used to pretend that she would come live across the road and we would have adventures and i would dream all these exiting adventures all night and i still do a little (don't tease me because that is how much i love her series) i have watched every single episode of sarah jane over 100000000 times and not one single time have i ever forgotten the words literally you can tell me to act it out without a script/words i could do it ! i am not joking ! anyway i know that liz has passed but i am never going to forget her or stop my dreams !!! not ever !

I just cant believe that shes gone even though its been almost 7months since she passed away. she was an amasing actress and was loved by millions. i always wanted to met her but now i never will but now she is travelling among the stars with her doctors for real

I feel terrible only repling to this now but I wouldn't have been able to write anything at an earlier date
Elizabeth was an amazing and dearly loved actress by many and she should have been so proud when her final days came. I think that she was such a hard worker, carrying on with The Sarah Jane Adventures until she possibly could. We will remember her for years to come. Rest in peace -

Elisabeth will always be with me, and never will leave me. I am a huge fan of Doctor Who and the Sarah Jane Adventures. I really couldn't get my head around it. Sarah Jane really was a wonderful character, but Elisabeth was the greatest herself. I will always miss her, and I don't think they should replace her, because it just won't be the same. I am fine with them showing the episodes before she passed away, but not another actor. The whole world won't be the same. Rest in peace, Elisabeth.

oh no!!!! even though i dont like drama i loved the theme tune and the alien reports episodes. poor elisabeth the docter must be heart broken!!!! and her companions in the show.but my pops is living on at 71 years old!!!! how crazy is that??!!
