Hi everyone, i was just wondering what everyone thought of Doctor Who?
I always really enjoy the creative scripts, and think the acting is always really good.
    Any ideas?

Also any reactions to the preview at the end? predictions?

    ruthx

i must confess i was slightly dissapointed by it, it wasn't as scary as it was made out to be...i mean it was an hour of them spraying water and no real good plot line...there were some cool bits in it...the end preview was ace...but worrying it may be the same

haha, i saw that and was like, huh?

i was so confused with crazy doctor, especially when the ood turned up ????

I think Russel T Davis has gone a little ott with the disaster plot, with all the end of the world stories recently.

I think the best ones are the dramatic, more interesting storys, like dont blink and midnight, but mabee its just me?

Yeah, RTD has done the "OMFG IT'S THE END OF LIFE AS WE KNOW IT" plot way too many times...it's just old now

indeed and when i saw the master in the hoodie i was like...hes a chav?

and yes RTD has gone way overboard on the end of the world- well in this case its 'the end of time'

    not at all melodramatic huh?

i do believe that the ones mostly written by Steven Moffat are the best- Girl in the Fireplace, Blink, The Empty Child (that one REALLY freaked me out) and so many other ones! Im glad he is taking over from RTD, but apparently the new DW series will be a lot 'darker', supposedly!

lol jetguy- the end of mcdonalds, lol i could see that working!

I don't know what else they could really do for a final episode. I would love to see in a future episode however, more of the Face of Bo, although I would like to see him with a body too. I think that could be spectacular.

And I'd also like to know more about Gallifrey, I understand that Dr Who can't go back there, but I don't see why an assistant can't, while Dr Who looks on through a special window or a computer screen. I mean he wasn't really in Blink very much, just as a video.

What would you like to see in Dr Who?

i reckon this episode was quite good i enjoyed it anyway but the only creepy bit was righ tat the beginnig when yuh idint know what was happening... as it went on it got less scary by the minute... and as for the preview it looks really good i think but its alwasy the same which is a shame end of the world..doctor nearly dies..everythings badd.. then something mirculous happens and its back to normal.. plus the doctor was turning into the master at the end haha LOOOPPYYY x

It wasn't the scariest, unlike what the Radio Times said. But I liked it - it was a good, proper Doctor Who. The monsters were good too. Just lacked the assistant...

I thought the doctor was a bit stupid though. I would've thought that after 900 years he would have already had the who 'i will defeat time' debate by now.

I dunno about the ood thing. I'm glad the master's back, John Simm was fantastic.
