I dunno, the last two episodes have been a slight disappointment for me because even though the characters keep being in peril everything works out nicely for everyone at the end. They've got to kill someone off at some point.

    I agree!

I loved its intensity! Just... all of it was good! The acting was great. I thought Bradley James did very well smiley - biggrin

I agree Tigress, the series is too formulaic. But then who can you kill off? They're all important in the legend. I mean Gwen ends up marrying Arthur doesn't she? Morgana well I'm sure I heard she was bad in the legend. Merlin, well you can't kill Merlin off.

Gaius with the dodgy hair could go. lol..I thought he was going to be burned at the stake, but alas, he was saved.

That said they're not exactly keeping to the legends are they, lol..having Merlin the same age as Arthur! And the whole lot living in Disney Land, even if it is supposed to be Camelot.

In a version I read Morgana is Merlins sister ( i think) and is sent of to live with nuns but she runs away to find and kill utherfor putting her with them...

I don't want anyone to die - although I wouldn't be too sad to see gwen go... I thourght Bradley James was brilliant!

Found this week's episode a bit disappointing, mostly because of the plot holes/inaccuracies/poor action scene. If the girl changes into the monster every midnight, and she spent five days in that cage, why didn't she transform in the cage and break free? After the girl/monster gets wounded by Arthur and flees back to her hiding place she manages to get down that really thin corridor that something of her size wouldn't have fit through. And the action scene was poorly executed; she could have flown away as soon as she'd been hurt, rather than being backed into a corner, then deciding to fly away. Ugh.

I know what you mean. I found it strange that when she turned into the animal it ripped off her dress and then when she turned back to her human form she was still wearing them?! Anyone else notice that?

And yeah... I thought the action scene was a bit of a 3am in the morning idea. It didn't flow as well as some other action scenes. But ah well smiley - biggrin

Oh I didn't notice the dress thing - that's another silly discontinuity.
