SWINE FLU!

Hey I'm helping raise awareness with boots atm so I just want to tell you how you can best avoid swine flu!

You should wash your hands regularly, and bin tissues straight after sneezing into them! Also, you should be careful when passing mobile phones around with friends as swine flu can stay on surfaces, and avoid sharing food or drink.

If you think you have any of the symptoms (tiredness, headache, runny nose, sore throat, aching muscles, diarrhoe or vomitting) you should stay at home tell your parents and go on the pandemic flu website.

Stay safe this winter! But remember you can still carry on with you're life as normal unless you or someone you know has swine flu!

No offence, but this is all over-exxagerating.

It's bit worse than normal flu and normaly comes in a mild form. My friend had it and she said it was just like having a cold, and she still went to school. Can kill, but so can normal flu, which comes every year. The only real difference is that this flu came from cows in mexico. No big deal.

    Diamante.

I have swine flu! The advice to stay at home while you're infected is the biggest load of crock I've ever heard really, I'd been infected for about a week before I even realised what it was, and I'd been going into uni all that time. It's where I picked it up from besides, it's doing the rounds around out departmnent at the moment. I've had colds which were worse than this, It's no-where near the massive deal that it's being made out to be.

They're doing the vaccinations for people whose immune system is somehow compromised, just as they do for any other flu strain that's doing the rounds. They're not for everyone.
