You can do amazing things with Photoshop but you need to decided what you want to do with it. Best thing to do is practice - there are loads of online tutorials if you Google them.

*TRYING NOT TO SOUND LIKE A BOASTER AND BRAGGER*

I do believe I am quite good at photoshop. Below I'll leave you a couple things to experiment with:

    1. REMOVE RED EYE!

A lot of people like this one it's very helpful to improve good photohgraphs of people with the disadvantage of red eye. Open photoshop and a picture of someone with red eye. If you don't have any then google until you find a good head and shoulders picture with red eye.
    Follow these steps:

    Step One:
Zoom into the eye area of your picture so you access the area easily and see the red eye clearer. You can do this in one of two ways.
    a. The two magnafying glassess located near the tool bar.
    b. Pressing ctrl key on your keyboard while pressing + or -.

    Step Two
Select one of the selection tools located on the left of the screen. People like using different ones so experiment. You need to outline the outside so the magic wand IS NOT the best tool. Try the free hand one and if that doesn't work for you or you fond it too hard try a different tool. Use trial and error. NOW select the outline of the eye.

    Step Three:
You need to make the selectin white so the easiest way I believe is by pressing the Delete key on your keyboard. The red eye should disappear making a completly white eye. If this isn't what you have you are not using a similar photoshop to me.

    Step Four:
Colour the white space using a pencil and the actual colour of their eye. Select the pencil tool from the left and click the right colour below that left tool bar. Be careful you NEED a steady hand or your work will look cheap and edited which is what you HAVE TO avoid.

    Step Five:
Make sure the pencil is still selected then select black from the colour selection and make a pupil by pressing and holding the pencil once on each eye.

ZOOM OUT AND EXAMINE YOU'RE RESULTS! PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT!

The possibilities are endless, or so they say.

What kind of things were you looking to do, as there's thousands upon thousands of different things you can do in Photoshop.

If you are drawing on photoshop, keep the lineart SEPARATE from the colouring! I've been using it since I was 13 (so about a year) and this is the sorta stuff you can do with it once you get the hang of it![ Unsuitable URL removed by Moderator]
