Do you remember, mummy, that man in the balloon
who leapt out of the basket, and whizzed down to the ground?
He broke the speed of sound, he did, and landed on his feet
why don't we try and do this too, for a special new year treat?

We could go up on the roof, we could, like daddy did last year
and all jump off together, now we know, without fear
that we will all land safely, not like daddy, squished and dead
because we all are magical, that's what the SW's said.

Now careful on those slippy slates, we need to do it right
and not plummet stupidly like on that fateful night
but if we join the ranks of the Choir Invisible
it's what Nigel would have wanted, which is not derisible.

But mummy, there is something you've forgotten, in your haste
we need a basket and balloon, this way is such a waaaaaaaaaaste.......

Aw, wipes tear from eye - and waits for the reading of the will.
