I still find it difficult, verging on the impossible to believe that anybody at Bridge Farm can appreciate Brie and how it should be served.
They're not so much gastronomes as Garden-Gnomes Ah yes the wine.
I find a great Oz Shiraz (no I won't tell!) about half way to Grange but one tenth the price suits brie. But if a lunchtime sandwich is involved, well that's the end of the day!

I quite like still cider with Brie. Some of the Belgian fruit-beers are nice with creamy-textured cheeses too.
Also excellent ways of disposing of an afternoon. :- )
