Hammers_freak says:

Although the singings of our new argentine stars is exciting and great business, am i the only one who is slightly worried by these signings?

They are clearly world class players who will increase our ability and give us much more chance of challenging in the big cups and the premiership, however, does anyone feel that they could slightly unsettle the great team spirit we have going?

They will clearly go straight into the first team which may unsettle some of our harder working players like mullins and zamora/harewood. with the likelihood being that we are forced to sell these players, and then our new stars are likely to be on the move if massive offers are made.

I can't wait to see them playing in claret and blue and showing the premiership we are once again a force to be reckoned with, but i do have slight worries for the future.

This posting has been hidden during moderation because it broke the House Rules in some way.

I cant wait to see their faces when they realise where their agents have actually sent them

East End of London or Barcelona, you decide.

It's not as if they are going to be walking round the streets of the east end is it now?

Who made the rules up anyway that only quality foreign players go to Chelsea, Man U, Arsenal and Liverpool? The stronger the rest of the teams are, the stronger the league.

Might do.

Shd do well for you though, but i do not think they will be with you for long somehow, unless they turn out to be flops.

Look at Reyes. He was hailed as the best thing since sliced bread. The rest is history.

Good luck to Hammers though.

I think the 'permanent deals' are a little dodgy. I would be very suspicious.

to be honest i can't see them as long term west ham players. i think this move is a stepping stone for them to catch the attention od some of europe's bigger clubs.

that's not to say they won't add a new dimension to whu. good luck with them

To be fair though they're hardly likely to be living in a bedsit in Poplar are they.

I think they will be fine. They were NOT bought as a panic to rescue a sinking ship, but are joining a well gelled, good and ambitious club, so should be fine. Under Pardew no player will be bigger than the club, and they are here on loan.

The signings were, ulimately above anyones expectations, so if it doesn't work out, they have plenty of other good players to fall back on.

Whatever hapens, it will be a fun season for West Ham.

Good luck from a Charlton fan.

You cockneys are never happy are you!!

2 great players sign for your club and you're worried???

Whats the worse that could happen?- they could be brilliant this year for you and then get sold on for several million each which would be enough to buy very good replacements....

... yeh I see why you're worried!!

at the end of the day west ham united own the rights to these players as the FA state that the club are the only player who can own the rights to players. This means that we choose how long we get to keep them, the only factor is is that MSI have given us a good deal on the fact that they have a massive sell on clause. which really means a no lose situation for both parties involved.

Stop worrying west ham fans these signings will only attract bigger and better names, this is a start of something fresh and something new.....

Why does everyone jump on the bandwaggon just because we beat off competition as they say its not what you know its who you know and Mr Brown Know Mr MSI ....SORTED

There is no doubt that they are both fantastic players who may well get you into Europe next season.

However, they will be gone before the first European game, leaving you to pick up the peices.
