I'd rather Spain go through as they play the better football but I want to see France play a really good game. One last good performance from their old players hopefully. Don't want them to go out on a whimper.

France beat Spain in Euro 2000, in 2004..the Portugese beat them...I think France outta pick Zidane back...keep Trezegeut and Henry together and pick the most pysically fit guys around.

if you're talking to me then you're wrong. I'not an Englishman. Holland is a country ahead of Spain...playing the likes of Ukraine, Tunisia and Sadi is nothing to be proud about..yu lot had the easiest group in the tourney by far.
There is no way you're beating tougher oppositions. FACT.

Spain have been very good so far though, so I'd want them to go further and see if they can fulfill all that talent and potential they have.
Couldn't give a jot about Aragones or the racist chanting from some of their fans right now. Thats for Fifa and the Spanish FA to work out.

the countries that spain (and portugal) conquered such as most of south america have lots of the original inhabitants (indians)making up the majority of the population and the races have been mixed - fact. countries in the americal continent which have been conquered by the brits, dutch, french have had most of the original population nearly wiped out - fact. the african player of the year, samuel etoo, calls aragones grandad and considers him a great friend - as someone who currently lives in spain in general spain is not more racist than any other country. if spain are rubbish on the night they should lose, if not, may the best attacking team win - its best for football

But if you ever are going to the 'big dance', you need to show you can get over that hurdle. Beating France is not the cure-all to those ills. Spain and Mexico are the biggest under-achievers in World Cup history. Not to even make a semi-final is embarrassing, when considering the great talent both have had.
