From a Chelsea supporter,
your guys certainly deserved the win today although I thought we were goiing to get the equaliser towards the end there.
No doubt the Mourino got the tactics wrong from the start and that our boys gave the ball away too much, but in the end you certainly deserved it with excellent football.
Good luck in the final.

Cheers made. Seems rare to meet a decent Chelsea fan (on here at least) but it's appreciated.

I'm glad we stopped the double, but you'll be worthy league champions.

Trust me, so did mine. Got a slap from the missus for what I called Joe and drogs after their misses.
I just hope we can rub it in the mancs faces next week by beating them and winning the title on the same day. That would be priceless.

you are the first decent Chelsea fan I have ever seen in this MB. I have to say 2-1 is a fair result given that we dominated the first 60 minutes while you guys ran the last 30.

As a Cov fan cant really add more than Chelsea were unlucky but when will your boss ever just hold his hands up and say that yes my team lost a game today and life goes on? He may amass you lots of trophies but the wayy hes going people will rememeber him for all his ungracious non-sporting post match statements, the real greats can accept defeat when it comes albeit occassionally. Remember going to Anfield twice when Peter Ndlov and then Darren Huckerby beat Liverpool single handledly and were rewarded with massive respect and applause - we were bought drinks in the city thats how British Footy works Jose, getting bored now!

Cheers Mad Jock ale

My best mate is a Chelsea fan and I had a similar gracious comment from him this evening.

Great to see that British footie still has some grace from some fans after a defeat, just wish that Mourinho would actually be able to accept defeat as gracefully.

Chelsea fan here, mourinho got it wrong and in all honesty at the end of the day liverpool deserved it even though chelsea bossed the last 30, great semi final though. Jock, you werent the only one cursing joe for that miss but hey, hopefully well have the prem against manure :D

As a lifelong Chelsea fan I have to say it was an extremely poor decision for the free kick, but an atrocious wall. See news.bbc.co.uk/sport...
Our team and formation was wrong, Duff, Cole and/or Robben should have started. Anyone who has watched Liverpool knows Kewell is a threat, so why not Gallas there? If you use another player to climb, John, use hand furthest from the referee, not both! Joe, scoring means thinking quickly and using control. Very disappointing. One more point I'd like to make, is we need only one more point! Well done, Liverpool - you made the fewest mistakes.
