I can not believe Reading will be playing Premiership football next season.

How long have we Reading fans waited for this and if any team deserves it i would have to say it's us due to all the 'unluckyness' we've had in the past years...for example finishing second and not being promoted.

People say that Reading will be like Sunderland and come straight back down however i think we have a decent chance of staying up if we buy the right players, much like Wigan.

Urzzzzzzzzzz

We could lose 8-0 every game for all i care ... Just one season in the Premiership would be great!!!

you'll stay up as long as you have someone to score you 15-20 goals and you play attacking football, wigan and west ham have the drive to go forward and have seen the rewards, where sunderland are just, poor, they'll probably bounce a back and then be back down

Well done. You deserve it. It may be for one season but that one season against the big boys is worth it, regardless of the scores.
Old trafford, Anfield, Ashburton Grove, St James Park, need i go on.
I live in Manchester and all my mates are City or United and constantly get the abuse for being in the lower leagues.
Hopefully we will join you....fingers crossed.

Up the blades!!

If you buy a couple of decent forwards you have a chance.
Otherwise, back down you come. Good luck

we will do a wigan

You may say that now, but when December comes and you've just reached 10 points you may think differently.
The Premiership soon loses its appeal when you lose most weeks, even if it's your first time.

I just want to say well done.
I've lived in Reading for 8 years nearly, though my home-town team of Hull will always be my number one team without a doubt, I am really glad that Reading are promoted.
I think you will stay up next year, and depending on who you buy, maybe even finish in the top half.
I wish Reading (my 2nd team) well :-)
i'd just like to say well done and i hope that we can you come down to Fratton Park next season
