A nerdy guy, may show no romance for most people, but for some girls, an internet proposal is quite romantic. In some situattions I was romantic, for exemplo: If I'm in a beautiful square with my husbund, so I decide to say something that is considered romantic. This is the way that I found to express my feelings. Both of us traveled a lot separately, but never went to any romantic places together for honeymoon. Most of my friends think we are "cool". But I feel sweet when doing sports and sweating together. I feel secured even though my company is under redundancy. My confidence is reinvigorated through repeated failures when taking suggestions from him. Everyone has our own expressions about romantic. No matter what you have done, it is so called romantic once our lovers can feel warm and sweet. However, my girl friend is such a romantic person that I sometimes have to be such a person. While I pretend to be so, I am so tired, but at the same time, I am happy to see her face with delight. Now I am feeling odd, because the sentences I wrote may be a little bit romantic. Am I a romantic person? When I was a teenager, I really liked talking about feelings, expressing my emotions, and all the "sweet things" - candles, toys, flowers, poems and love songs. But know I really think that some words mustn't be said and true feelings don't need any proof. And I get annoyed when I see couples kissing in public or hugging. If this means sincerity and depth of communication between people then yes, I am a romantic person. But, if romance is equivalent to passing or superficial communication, what we would call "frivolous", then I do not consider myself a romantic person. Some acts whether it's romantic or not changes person to person. In general, I feel that I'm romantic and emotional person when it comes to relationship. I don't have girlfriend yet, therefore I cannot give any feedback from opposite sex. But sometimes, I dream if I have a girl friend, I wanna be romantic towards her. But I believe that romanticism is important factor for health of any relationship. Especially after the marriage, couples need to provide same excitement before the marriage and romanticism is the best way to maintain passionate relationship. For people who married, their's each day should be passed as they still trying to gain their's partner as a wife. If they can able to provide this, romanticism comes unintentionally. If we put it in a nutshell, marriage should be seen two main struggle and ambition. One part is before the marriage which requires 50 percent struggle, other part is after the marriage which requires 50 percent struggle as well. Sometimes I feel romance and ride on the pick of the mountain of romance but sometimes it looks like I'm devoid of that. I think romance is very much close to love and both has a inherent relation. But it always comes to my mind that I'm born not make love with anyone. 25 years have passed but its not a surprise to me that I'm still not in love with anyone. I feel easy without love. So, romance must not be present in such kind of a person like me. But I like the story of romance. When I read such story in newspaper of magazine I feel a little bit romance and wish I had such romance in my life too. However, I'm strict about it and wanna stay free cause love, you know is a bond which would not allow you to be free or won't let you to fly here and there. But it is needed although. I suspect I'm not in the perfect time to fall in love or feel romance continuously. I don't know when the time would come in my life. Therefore we are forcing usually activities that inspires our love like amazing candlelite dinners in the evening or romantic picknicks in summers. Moreover the right mood is necessery on both sides to enjoy a moment of romantic. I think that sometimes Iam and sometimes Iam not a romantic person though i often try to be it. Hence it depends on different factors. I love gifting flowers especially red roses, talk with my girlfriend about something romantic. Every time when I gift her a present, for example recently on St Valentine's Day, I try to create a romantic story associated with her,me and a present. It wasn't the first time I try somenthing romantic and the other person laugh with the situation. For example, once I wanted to give her a bouquet of roses and what she did was said to me this kind of presents didn't like her and I could spend the money in other thing more practice, then she threw away the bouquet. So I'd like can be more romantic, but my experiences were a little disastrous. But i have been trying to be romantic to my wife and my daughter. The most romantic thing i have been done is proposal of marriage with my girl friend. I made video clip which contained our happy memory and my song for her. And then at the beautiful restaurant, i showed her that video clip and said " Please marry with me " That was the most romantic moment of my life. Men don't like to show their feelings. I mean, my dreams are very romantic but I can't express everything what I feel. I like receiving flowers, presents or cards for my birthday because I consider it my most special day of the year. Oh, I like receiving jewels too indeed Emilia Mon 13 Feb 2012 20:03:44 GMT+1 Kazimir http://www.bbc.co.uk/worldservice/learningenglish/general/expressenglish/2012/02/120213_ee_romance.shtml?page=7#comment5 Yes, I'm a romantic man and I know what does it mean to love a girl but nevertheless every time I fall in love with a girl she goes abroad or something else therefore I'm romantic but a loser. So it's gonna be another lonely February the 14th ;-)But someday I'll be not alone Mon 13 Feb 2012 20:02:12 GMT+1 Ross http://www.bbc.co.uk/worldservice/learningenglish/general/expressenglish/2012/02/120213_ee_romance.shtml?page=5#comment4 I think everyboby has an unique way to be romantic, in fact the most beatiful romantic expression for me is unexpected hug without special reason and to say simply 'you are very important in my world and so I love you'. Expression of feeling in anywhere or anytime is the most romantic that someone could give Mon 13 Feb 2012 19:04:59 GMT+1 pepper http://www.bbc.co.uk/worldservice/learningenglish/general/expressenglish/2012/02/120213_ee_romance.shtml?page=4#comment3 i an not so romantic.i think it is not a good think but i prefer.i hate this lovely way that sometimes are so patetic and not really rappresenting the love for a person.you can say that i am not sensitive and i think that i don't have a girlfriend for my gelid character.i am made in this way and unfortunately i can not change.
