GuideML: BR Tag

The <BR/> inserts a line break. This is useful when formatting addresses and so on. The effect is different to starting a new paragraph; changing paragraphs typically inserts more spacing between lines.

Syntax and Usage

Simply insert a <BR/> tag where you want the line break.

Note that this tag is unlike most others in that it doesn't have an open and close tag, it just has one tag, terminated with a / character. This is a shorthand for <BR></BR> (though this won't work in GuideML).
