This is where you can give feedback on DNA the platform, or report any bugs that affect the whole system. Members of the DNA team do read the comments here, but cannot guarantee a response to individual queries.

Downtime

We're interested in collating data on DNA system downtimes.

If DNA goes down while you're online, we'd be delighted if you'd let us know by posting to the Downtime forum when it comes back up.

If you can tell us:

What time you experienced the problem

How long the service was down for

and most, importantly:

The error message/s you received (if you can copy and paste them in that would be fantastic).

We will not be able to reply to every posting, but will react as soon as we get a notification and we'll use the information to endeavour to improve the service. Thanks for your help!
