I was just digging around online and came across one of my old guide entries. It's been a while since I have been here - I just noticed that it is exactly a year since I posted here last. Strange that it is 1 year to the day. The improbability factor is quite high - what will happen next?

Oh god, I am so depressed!

Well I saw the 'MOVIE' after years of waiting... and after it was over, I felt like Marvin had shot me with the POV gun.
"Oh god, I am so depressed!"
They took out all the great, classic lines that made hhgttg what it was, very funny! Now it is just not very funny at all, sure I laughed once or twice, but I should have had a smile on my face for the whole film - it was quite the opposite - I was devestated by the changes that they made!
I won't go into detail about what made me so unhappy because I would be here for a while, but it was just very disappointing! It visually looked great but the script and the direction was just wrong! And alas the guide was not featured enough, nor was it clever enough!
The new radio series on the other hand is pure gold - I really enjoyed the Tertiary Phase and I can't wait for the rest!

I am back... After a lunch break that went for several years!
And I was only able to get back into this account after some much needed help from the H2G2 support team! What a bunch of hoopy fellows!
Well a lot has happened since I was last here, I am working for the ABC (Australian Broadcasting Corporation) as a new media developer and my life is getting better all the time! My partner and I had our first child and he is just past 6 months old. Wow, what a year!
A new radio series and the movie to look foward to in the Hitchhikers Universe - WOW! I just had to come back! Things are good!
