Constitution Hill in London is not named after anything political.

Rather it refers to Charles II's habit of walking fast from the court at St James Palace to Hyde Park to play the game of Pell Mell (where Pall Mall gets its name from after the court gained their own area for playing). He would normally be accompanied by his ministers, who being of a less robust constitution had to run to keep up and would arrive exhausted.

Its true - go ask Samuel Pepys!!!!
