• If you've never seen this site before, feel free to have a look at the h2g2 Tour.

• If you're a new user you should be familiar with the Welcome page and Some Things You Can Do on h2g2.

• If you've got the hang of things but need help with a specific issue, the h2g2 FAQ may have an answer for you – FAQ stands for 'Frequently Asked Questions'.

• If the FAQ doesn't have the answer and you need to talk to a human, the best place to go is the Feedback Forum. From there, you can pick an appropriate place to post your query and wait for an h2g2 Researcher to respond.

• If you have a question that has arisen as a result of the Single Sign-On system and are a digibox user then please see the SSO and Digibox help page.
