A man saw a sign made of lead,
And on it was writing, which said:
'God damn it, look out!'
The man gave a shout
As a tree fell onto his head.
(it's always evening somewhere)

(Sep 14, 2000)
A man sits hunched in a neon room In a little glass bubble of urban gloom. His movements seem precise and in control. He stares at the flickering, mindless screen And thinks of the man he might have been Had fate itself not forced him from his goal.
A painted lady stands alone, A picture postcard, on the phone, Mechanically dressed to catch the eye. Behind the tacky fem-mystique She's saving money every week And soon the day will come when she can fly.
The dreams are yours to make come true. You can shape the life you lead. No-one says it will be easy and mistakes are guaranteed. You have the power to shape your life. Be prepared to risk defeat. Have the courage to confront the world and make the world itself retreat. Click here to discuss this
