i see you're not a fan of paragraphs lizzy!!!
I am when I have to write an English essay
lol same here
We have to do some seriously boring ones. My least favourite one was "Discuss the dramatic effectiveness of the soliloquies in 'Romeo and Juliet' ". Boring!!
i just did 'how resposible is lady macbeth for the murder of king duncan' i think yours is worse
We did a little bit of Macbeth in year 7. It was really good, if a little bit morbid.
LITTLE :o everyone dies btw i handed it in and got reading 6+ and writing 6-
Well done! If Macbeth is morbid, Wuthering Heights is just depressing. I think there were about 2 people at the begining of the story that were still there at the end.
thanks a play with only 2 people well i suppose u get plays with 1 . . .and they're really dull
yeh in yr 9 i had to do 12th night. you don't know how crap that play is. and i had to do three essays on it...
and then there's our stupid teacher who seems to think that GCSE English solely involves essays - we're done 6 essays in a term and a half - one essay per month.
Anyway, at least i got an 8 for english sats, and A*s for my coursework so far... (not that i'm showing off!)
No, not at all. By the way, Educating Rita is a play with only two characters and only one set. It's really good, too!
i really truly hope that your last comment was sarcasm. we have had to do educating rita for our media piece for gcse coursework, and it is not only the dullest, dreariest storyline in existance, but is also one of the few films that does not have a single gd point.
i do hope that you weren't being serious...
It depends. The plot definitely isn't very riveting, but I can relate to Rita and her feelings about herself. And there is one good thing about the film: it has Michael Caine in it!

school even, well im going to get a level 2 in english
Don't be like that. Our SATs targets (KS3) were a bit rubbish. I got predicted a 5, maybe a 6 if I was lucky, and I got a 7. I thought Dad would be pleased, especially when he yelled "YES!" but then he proceeded to try and strangle me. Odd.
