In simplicity, this is where God meets humans in the intimacy of the inner chamber of prayer. In the socio-cultural context such as this is for, it is the name for the arrow of justice to reach the target of Canada’s constitutional completion. This arrow is made of the hunger and of the thirst for the justice and for the peace needed to be blessed upon the Aboriginal people first, and for all who can relate with the need for the renewal of the mature socio-cultural development of our citizenship. This is the name of the healing movement entering the multi-generational currents of living and nourishing inner waters. We shall start to take Canadian citizenship safely out of the snare of our accumulated past mistakes of timeless proportions. The target of this exercise is to raise the community life until it reaches the fulfilment of the preamble, at the top of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. At the moment, that preamble says in English: “Whereas Canada is founded upon principals which recognize the Supremacy of God and the Rule of Law”. In French, instead of “Rule of Law” it says: “The Pre-Eminency of the Right”. When Subsense Publishing and Promotion is done with their purpose, the preamble will read in all concerned languages as opposed to each its own: “Whereas Canada is founded upon principals which recognize the Supremacy of God, the Rule of Law balanced with the pre-eminency of the Right, meeting to be fostered in “THE QUIETNING SILENCE of PATIENT WISDOM”. This will happen as a result of Justice deploying its restoration in the broken hearts and spirits and cause balanced living to grow. The patient wisdom shall guide each open heart from the Road House to the inner home, where the quietning silence is received and causes balance to grow in the fulfilling of serenity of Easter's perpetual inner celebration. Then comes the discipline of questing together for home in the Correctional Family Circuiting, by the union of the powerful Spirit of peace, joy, love and wisdom. When 2 or 3 persons enter into agreement in the sanctity of our spirits, then and there does emerge The Land of Emmanuel, where the Cleansing River keeps us aware of God's Presence, Who and where from we receive the renewal and the transformation from the old to the new living. This is the blessing for all who so desire to overcome the mortal appetites of the independent souls and bodies, so as to live the eternal victory here and now. The stability in developing this culture depends on how faithfully the three hosting cultural elements of Canada accept the mutual subjection to one another, upon the integrity of the ground to acquire and to spread the discipline of love in truth and to foster the taste for health in humility and humble learning from each other... Policy development on Canadian national unity

Canadian national unity has been addressed by Ottawa and the Provinces, as far as our political system can reach institutionally, in order to structure the peaceful co-existence between the Aboriginal, the English, French people, as well as our hosting the rest of the world. In 2005, we are now more aware that the identity of the Canadian citizenship is yet to grow functional from facilitating access to all the wealth of wisdom and of learning that we are hosting in our changing population. From health to education to the environment to our social services, we need to facilitate the integration of the better ways to live with one another. It is with this heritage in mind that we recognise the dedication, common in the general history of Canadians. To renew our dedication to follow through to the maturity of a people of all people, is how and where the culture of sovereign unity will bring balance to the severe democratic deficit that we suffer from. The sponsorship scandal reveals that healthy unity among humans doesn’t come from propaganda but rather, from cultivating the simple life-giving experience of communion in the personal bond with family, neighbourhood and community. From such personal culture comes the basic elements and energies to develop the skills of social adaptation, from local to global, from the family to all nations. When health of such a human environment is fostered and recovered when needed, we find ourselves getting equipped individually and collectively to partake and to serve in the expansion of unity among mankind. The maturing discipline to treat one another with a love that comes from a pure heart, with a good conscience and with a genuine faith is the home of universal brotherhood and therefore, of Canadian unity. Unity of Canadians is the invisible thread that secures Canadian sovereignty in the communion with each and all who welcome and who adapt to the ongoing coming together of mankind. Canadian sovereignty lives where we cultivate the ability to make decisions in complete maturity and how we grow the capacity to implement these decisions with full responsibility and wisdom. Unity and sovereignty are two expressions, completing one another for the wholesomeness of our identity. Free flowing revelation in the spirit and inspiration of the heart are the elements that form the essence of unity. The Charter of Human Rights and Freedoms is what occupies that official position to guide and stimulate from the top down. The inspiration intended by the Charter must now ignite in the heart of our citizenship from the bottom up. For the sake of igniting such a flame, my family and I are volunteering to contribute from the campaign I ran in Nov 2004(see below) to the SUFA review in March 2005 to the centennial of Western Canada to the visit of the Queen in May and to the up coming federal election. We dedicate ourselves to bring on the healthy discipline of family living. This is a window of opportunity which is awaiting Canadians to gain freedom from the conservative military state with the discipline of the radiant state of the permanent people summit. In practice, our citizenship needs to accept the challenge to engage Canadian unity by developing and by promoting to one another, the practice of sovereignty, with the commitment to serve at becoming and delivering the solution from the bottom up. We do so by drawing from the inspiration and the application of justice of peace and of joy with the Aboriginal people and with person’s own bloom of maturity from Alberta to the rest of the West, to Ontario, to the Maritimes, so as to invite Quebec into the Constitution with head held high and to stabilize our welcome to immigration. To address national unity and our democratic deficit, we need to cultivate sovereignty at the family and community level in the training of consensus. We begin by bringing the parents, the teachers and the judges to meet in schools, to cause a point of quietning stillness to calmly emerge in wisdom within the community. The quietning stillness is the communal exercise to set the tone of the assembling. The relatedness that assembles these people becomes the tuning fork to proceed into the atmosphere of trust and comfort to shape decision making in our midst. This familyhood becomes the catalyst to the Canadian Mother and Father International Association. Together, we usher in the Canadian fabric the rise of the personal sector. On the short term, this personal sector acts as the antidote to the causes of apathy, exclusion and reclusion, by fostering the common denominator that converts the divided and conquered state of our subdued multiculturalism, allowing for the transition from strangers to communal family partaking. On the medium term, the personal sector is the focal life of inter-personal trust and of community comfort, that becomes the base of renewing communications to Canadian democracy, rising to absorb and to fill the voiding dynamics that make up the basic decision-making of our present system of secretive complicity between private and public national institutions. This void of never ending secrecy, manipulation and deceit is where much of the tax power gets shredded into ongoing excuses and power struggles of unresolvable opinions, amongst the 4 levels of political decision-makers, the Law and the banks. By dimming the light on with the personal sector, we will arrive to the starting point of the non-threatening site and sight of communion that will gather parents, teachers and judges. Families and neighbours get then to be drawn by the inviting nature of meeting to regenerate and/or to restore the human spirit in love and wisdom, where justice is hosting decision-making of serenity in growing joy. On the long term, the personal sector becomes the socio-cultural ground to make room to accommodate the non-prosecutional zone. This zone gradually grows with the maturing of communities who become exercised in the translation from the old and distant decision making to the renewing family and community bond. Canadians need to see arising from personal sector, the shaping of authority and discipline of a round table that will bring and sit together the Mother and Father International Association (MAFIA) the Real Community of Moderate People (RCMP) and the Canadian Blessed Communion(CBC). The aim of this exercise is to ignite with the help of the media, the path of inspiration that will raise our national self-awareness. The coincidence of two major events presents a conjuncture inviting Canadians to answer destiny’s calling, for the sake of God and humanity. These two events are the ongoing process of global militarisation of the Earth in the name of liberty and justice and the other is the renewal of the Papacy, following the death of John PaulII???. With these two situations within the same time frame, all the complexity and confusion of Christianity’s history are granted an opportunity to be simplified to the purest expression of reality ever meant to be intended for every child of God who’s ever lived and who will, forever live. Simply put, destiny is inviting Canadians to humanity‘s bloom into maturity. From the underground socio-cultural cavities of Alberta, I live with my wife and daughter, among some of the people of the First Nations. We are learning to live within the boundaries that were set by the feather of Elijah Harper during his Constitutional resistance to the Meech Lake Accord in June of 1988 that prevented, along with the refusal of Newfoundland’s Premier, Clyde Well, the return of Quebec into the Canadian Constitution. From here, I seek, work and write of the bloom of destiny, which is moving us collectively into the complete meaning of being Canadian. From here, I pray and hope to unveil the communal ground where can be established the peaceful and constructive contact between the underground populations and the civic and financial authorities, so that togetherness may be addressed without compromise to improve health, education and the environment at the family and community level. So, welcome to the experience of Canada’s destiny, where it all begins by each one’s own well being, here and now, called to be a serene, mature people of all people. The renewal of the Papacy is important for Canadians because of the official position we occupy as a nation, in relation to the war in Iraq and the climate of terror-anti-terror that humanity is experiencing. The fact that President Bush has been so vocal about his positions in regards to the Christ Jesus and that he refused to heed the call of the Pope from heading into Iraq for war, causes a “voiding dynamic”. This disagreement between the Papacy and Mr. Bush is a matter of authority, obedience and discipline at the highest levels amongst God’s children. Canadians are in position to be activated as the “filling core” that will absorb and reverse those voiding dynamics of disobedience and of the militarised agitations that are embodied by the relationship of protocol between Vatican and the White House. To do so, we need to allow the experience of the Land of Emanuel to emerge into our midst from each heart by the release of the celebration of Easter’s reality throughout the year. The simplicity of all that Canadians need to know, to live, to grow into and to commune is found in the Holy Contract that God singed with humanity by the incarnation, the death, the resurrection, the ascension, the exaltation and the imminent return of the Christ Jesus. In the following prophecy, God states what He does to free us all from the deceit of the empires of good intention and from the spread of their confusion and conflicts. “This is the Covenant that I will make…I will put My laws into their spirits and I will write them upon their hearts and I will be their God and they will be My people and they shall not teach everyone his fellow citizen, and everyone his brother, saying, know the Lord, for all shall know Me, from the least to the greatest of them, for I will be merciful to their iniquities, and I will remember their sins no more.” Always available to one and all since the sending of the Spirit, the permanent Easter from upon this Land of Emmanuel is the source of all the empowerment given on Earth to give birth very soon to the Canadian “Mother And Father International Alliance”. Together we embody the evolution of experience and knowledge, acquired in our travels throughout history’s rule of ignorance. To a Canadian citizen and voter, in view of the sponsorship scandal, this means that I am asked to accept the responsibility of conserving all that is good about my humanity, to be creative in satisfying the needs and demands of the present while always remaining open to adapt to the natural renewal of the conserving assembly that keeps the liberalised party of new democratic faculties going. By accepting to respond, we can affirm our position to learn from our past mistakes, so as to see our citizenship being aroused by the Spirit of justice, peace and liberty, with the lessons that are ready to be applied by the compassionate and knowledgeable service of Canadian practitioners from the sectors of community mental health and of restorative justice. They are positioned on the front line, to cultivate the personal and social restoration of Justice, within the cultural fabrics and dynamics of human inter-actions. This apprenticeship of universal civilization cultivates the blooming of humanity’s civil maturity by the renewal of the family’s feeding, living and moving in the Spirit of the “peace on Earth”, which all Canadians feel at least once in their life at Christmas. In Canada, the Papacy’s renewal can offer the refreshing release from the confinement of the tradition of one day a year of well being, in order to become the celebration, three hundred sixty-five days a year. No more religions walls that divide along the lines of beliefs. Instead, Canadians being moved only by the eternal reality of being cultivated and assembled together One on one by God Himself, as promised, signed and sealed in all who receive the Gift of Justice, Peace and Joy by His Spirit here and now.

In British terms, the knights represent the noblest of chivalry. They are the ones who are sovereignly appointed to serve and to protect with all the passion of their personal devotion to God and king or queen as the case may be. Since Camelot, the British monarchy and the knights of the round table have been adapting to the deeper calling of justice and of peace, while chivalry went on a quest of its own, looking for new ground to grow roots with. It reached beyond the realm of the Empire, and has now covered the whole sphere of the Earth. Having been forced to survive the underground rule, chivalry is sprouting back from upon the Land of Emmanuel, with knights who are equipped to serve and to protect the universal completion of personal and mutual community care. I live with my family for the last 7 years in a "socio-cultural lab" in Edmonton, Canada. The police call it the ghetto of the province of Alberta. I promote from here, unity in Canada, with the starting point of the "personal acquisition of the taste for health". From here, we grow the "correctional family circuit" that heals, maintains and strengthens the governance of: "to live and learn", by overcoming the rule of ignorance personally and into our midst, one day at the time. The circuit grows the organic bond between the families, shaping the discipline of implementing decision from consensus. Living unity appears from individual to another and grows from home to school and to work, to re-enforce home life in the neighborhood, providing the community league's development, with this renewal process. By this involvement, the population practices the application of both, unity and sovereignty, within the political context called Alberta, Canada. Once the microcosm of Abbottsfield is ready, we invite a small area of Quebec to accept our challenge to establish a parallel Quebec version. Eventually, as soon as possible, the whole scene gets to be taken on by writers, actors and producers who bring this on to the national attention via a docu-dramatisation series. And so Chris, my journey since Oct. 2001, has been a relentless stimulation of the Supreme Court, the Privy Council and all offices of Premeirs and of the Prime Minister. Dear Prime Minister and staff, time is ripe to speak of social services in terms of the "Canadian Freeing Enterprise". If a neighbor, like me, comes to those same social worker with a request to be involved with a "Freeing enterprise" idea, then somehow, the red tape will make sure to keep me isolated, as I have been forced to accept for now 30 years, working at pulling people out of misery and onto their feet. As usual, this time again I find myself walking in and out of the legal ground, where we need your federal support to develop and to implement the first licensed "Correctional Family Circuiting". This is a personal invitation to her into a dream of mine as a Canadian citizen, written so that its reality may reach anyone on earth as well. I invite her to a strategy, for Britannia and Canada to begin the ...cleansing our vision of the Crown... by the release of The Permanent People Summit into the Canadian reality, while she visits Edmonton on today and returns tomorrow on the 25th of May 2005, from celebrating the centennial of the province of Alberta, Canada .


Your highness, History is moving and destiny is calling; we must answer! There is no legal nor even maybe a moral protocol to allow me to address you, your highness, other than my calling upon the mercy of Lord and to your grace, so that you may know of the vision I have been granted to carry so far. Like a pregnancy, there comes a time for the delivery. I have been in "THE" state of transition your highness, since 9, 11, 01, most likely the same state as anyone who is aware of the times. So in Oct 2001, I phoned the Privy Council Office of Canada from my stay at home, imbalanced life. I asked if I could have the following question answered: " Can someone with a not so good reputation, have a motion that actually gets implemented all the way to the Clerk of the Council, in the PMO and across the nation?" After a little probing, the receptionist became distinctly vibrant, as the lady insisted that I call right back if I had not gotten through to where she was hooking me up. After a few tries, I reached an analyst in the social think-tanking, two doors down from the Clerk's office. Once past my initial question, he asked what was my idea. My prep to this question was the following statement: "I, Benoit Couture, call upon the Canadian Mother and Father International Association to support my motion to activate the Role and Structure of the Privy Council of Canada into cleansing our vision of the Crown, by growing into the Faculty of Living, so as to consolidate the Canadian Heritage." With this kind of wind hitting my sail, I lifted to glide on to the SUFA review. It is: Social Union Framework Agreement. It was signed in Feb of 1999 by all provinces except Quebec. The federal and the territories also signed. It was up for review in Feb 2002 and I sent my submission. They scanned it in, in an unreadable fashion. So with fire up my belly, I sent it to the PMO and to all relevant offices across the nation. I've been relentless since. Reminding Mr Klein, Premier of Alberta whom you will spend time with on the 23rd and to his staff and to the PMO and to the Privy Council that I am still at it, promoting Canadian unity from personal health and mutual completion in maturity, instead of propaganda. This campaign is a natural development of a totally unusual journey. It is by spontaneous feed and feedback that I operate. It is the reason I write to you this way, on such a short notice. Democracy needs to capture the moment in time and to mature rapidly from the leftovers of colonisation's motherhood as well as to be released from the grip of paternalistic federalism. As you well know from your sovereign position, Canada is where Britannia gave the French, Europe and the Aboriginal populations with an opportunity to demonstrate how the people and the Crown can get along just fine in the completion of mutualaty. Your highness, we are now in the era of the entity of terror-anti-terror. One does not go without the other. Because of this global crisis, time is ripe for the essence of Britannia to regain its voice from the time spent in the "Quietning Silence of patient wisdom", since constitutional monarchy came about. In the province of Alberta, your former Lineament Governor, Lois Hole, has conceived a legal embryo with the Premier Klein, to offer you and Britannia the possibility do so with all the beauty of sanctity and the simplicity of being. She extended the power of that experience to bring sovereign leadership in the daily decisions, where service was going astray from the well-being of the people. Democracy is ready for the completion of unity under the Crown with the crown, with all of God's children on the earth. The democracy of a mature people of all people needs to be deployed in full bloom by your invitation to Mr. Bush and to Benedict the 16th to join in Canada and to let the vision emerge together, from upon the Land of Emmanuel, in the celebration of the permanent Easter that's being granted to the inner person of each human by the Covenant of the Lord with humans. INVISIBLE GOLD RUSH OF BEING ALBERTAN


2005 is the year when I turn one hundred years old! One century spent to define the life within brand new borders, where borders had never existed before, but where nations had flourished for thousands of years, and in 1905 the time had arrived for the Empire to stretch to the west in hope for improvement. When I was named as a Canadian province, John Campbell wrote to his wife: "In token of the love which thou has shown for this wide land of freedom, I have named a province vast and for its beauty famed by thy dear name. " Thus was I introduced to the nations, with a name of the 4th daughter of Queen Victoria Alberta is my name, t'was inspired with honour from a man's love for his wife, known to be strong, artistic with exquisite taste! That couple was forward-looking people, concerned for the less fortunate. The name they gave me placed me well to avoid the Eastern mistakes of the Empire. I've now been led past the threshold, at the top of the material world. Not long before my centennial, the Empire was dragged into terror. And so if I am to celebrate It must be from a wise vision of humility and of service for mankind. There's just no time to pretend that all is well the way it is. Let the ones who are and who will be me into Life's sacred fire, the invisible gold rush.. thus, entering the celebration that never ends, the celebration in the Spirit of Life, Oh nobly bright and illustrious. Radiant of the Spirit of justice, peace and joy. And so from Emily Murphy to Betty Hewes to Jan Arden to Lois Hole from Grant MacEwan???? to Ian Tyson to the Mannix and Manning families. We can see through my past century enough potency of meaning for anyone to catch on fire in the Faith and Hope that settles our humanity Into the simplicity. CALL to CANADA Could we reach the agreement that it's the whole world who is in need to see a place like Canada to show that free will can be a good thing. In 1945 we were invited to join a deal. Most of the nations had great hope to bring peace among humans. After fifty some years, great challenges are facing us. The deal has not provided what we forgot to look after. We just cannot go on, building wealth for me, myself and I, while our loving for each other remains hidden behind divisions. We've got to grow from that bottom line that has been in use and bring about that sense of belonging, bonded beyond the business fences. Maybe we haven't understood that prosperity only comes to us from who we are together and not from what we do to each other. We have all it takes to become heaven on earth; we have been blessed with wealth, now let's lead wealth to prosperity. Different approach


I was born in an era in which, by the time I was 10 years old, political reforms were in full bloom in Quebec, Canada. Little did I know then as to how much my life was going to be so absorbed by the questions that find inevitably their answers with some politics involve. This questioning of mine began as far back as my memory can reach. Part of being young is asking questions and finding their answers. I always did, do and will refuse to grow old as I insist upon my inner drive to remain within the direction of the ancient voice of humanity’s youth, always seeking and finding. In my first years of asking questions, I quickly reached the point where the standard answer that adults would give me was: “You’ll understand when you get older”. I got older, and now I understand that what most of them meant was: “When you get older, these questions won’t bother you anymore”. How very true and wrong! True in that, the search stops for the vast majority at the personal level of comfort. Wrong in that society goes on repeating history’s mistakes because of it. It becomes a culture of willful ignorance. A question that seems to demonstrate this culture very well and to which I wish to bring a different approach is to the equation of Canadian national unity. This on and off crisis is a direct result of this culture of ignorance and it has a life of its own, thriving in the hands of those grown ups who have forgotten how to ask the pertinent questions to our national plight and to mature up bringing. Politics have been the only forum with authority to work from and the vast majority of voters feel overwhelmed by the process. The following is a tale that reveals my personal affinity from a most pertinent position to ask the relevant questions of humanity and to apply their answers according to the lessons taught by history. Because of our special bond as the good conscience neighbor to the one super power of the world, Canada is given the opportunity by the Writer and the Guide of history's currency, to charter a course for sanctity to emerge in full bloom, following the Spirit of liberty, from upon the Land of Emanuel, in the perpetual celebration of Easter, here and now.


On the mountain


After my first winter in Edmonton, some weekend in the spring of 1979, I was reflecting, lying down on the slope of a mountain near Jasper. Having had to learn English and to adapt to a whole new life in Alberta, got me through winter without hurting too much from the exile, for exile it was, that took me out of Quebec. With my peers, I had reached that complete incompatibility as to the fundamentals of how life should be lived. But, back to my being on the slope in Jasper, I was basking in the sun at an altitude that I had never been at before. I drifted into a state of half sleep with my eyes being half open and I was being carried by a deep sense of longing to find the key to a fresh start for my life. Because of the angle of the hill I was on with my eyes being slightly open, the whole valley served as the perfect background to such deep investigations. And so it was in such an inspiring site that my senses of perception bathed in the deepening pulsation of that longing for renewal. Just as I felt sleep engulfing my eyes lids, there came into my focus an amazingly striking individual who pricked my attention, and took it away from going to sleep, but when I started to awake, the connection faded away along with the individual. When I drifted back toward sleeping, without falling into it, it caused the scene to be adjusted, just like on a TV picture; the individual was back in my focus, bright and clear again, captivating and compelling our reception with gentle, mutual attraction and warmth. As I watched, the sight of this character was like an amplifier of all it’s surrounding. Nature was so bright and lively around that person, causing the scene to glow of surrealism. The most striking feature of all this at this point, was that this individual was at least 7000 or 8000 feet below and yet, I could see it and the glow really well! As I was enjoying this great state of contemplation, this person looked me straight up with a peaceful smile and with an expression by which to let me know: “I see that you are primed for me, so here I am”. As it smiled, I noticed that I could not tell if this was a woman, a man, a teen or an adult. As soon as this observation crossed my mind, the apparition ascended in my direction. The movement of its body somehow got a hold of my attention’s mechanics and I got swept right into a whole new disposition of perception. I started hearing a loud crashing sound of ocean waves coming from behind me in the West and a faint one from the East, following behind its ascension. As I was trying really hard not to let the awesomeness of the experience throw me out of focus, I observed that each step it took forward covered ground well above distance. It covered the whole 7 or 8000 feet between the two of us in 7 steps! It was advancing with ease in a sphere outside of the material world and yet, so well connected to our dimension, that the trees and bushes were moving by his ascension toward me, demonstrating the basis of the experience in reality. The eastern sound of ocean waves grew along with its movements and leveled with the ones from the West. Gradually, along with its every steps was added to all those physical sensations, a great sense of history past, and of present destiny; this sense was giving me a whole new awareness and appreciation for where and when I happen to be alive on Earth. Couldn’t awake, couldn’t sleep and nor would I. It was a very foreign sensation to have my body half asleep and my insides more awake than ever at the same time. It felt as if I were watching myself play an unrehearsed part in a scene to which I could only react spontaneously out of a reservoir of unknown thoughts and emotions. This character now facing me with such grace and might was of a rare stature. Standing eight or nine feet tall and although right in front of me, I still couldn’t tell if it was male or female, but even more striking was that its agelessness was undeniable. All at once from each angle I could behold, I saw that the beauty of infanthood was just as present in its eyes as the vigor of young adulthood and the wisdom of the golden age. A long robe hanging down over its feet was dressing it majestically. Nothing had yet been said in words but, in a very joyful, wise and powerful sounding vibration, voiced in the perfect mid ranged tonality, it said: : “I am not a man nor a woman and my age is not relevant to your time frame”. Upon hearing that, with the look of my eyes absorbed deep into its, there came to me an abandonment, a sort of unintentional but welcome surrender of my inner defenses. Even if I did not have a clue as to who this was, it had become clear that he could read me like an open book, plus, I had never felt as deeply and warmly secure. Four or five questions came out of me really fast. Questions like: Who are you, why are you here with me, what do you want…? That kind of questions. Evidently, I was not relaxed enough for the complete benefit of the moment to touch me. So instead of answering questions, this humongous person slowly and gracefully stretched out both arms, while twisting his body, like a well choreographed dancing move so that his hands pointed toward the East and the West. As the arms and trunk came back in position of rest, the sound of the ocean waves gave way for a gentle prairie wind from the West, rolling and wistleling Eastward upon the wide stretches of the grasslands, gently blowing his long hair in the breathing dance of the air. As I was suddenly weakening along with this awesome shift in sound production, I was re-energized by his calmly saying as a matter of factly: “ You know me under the name Canada”. As soon as Canada introduced himself, my insides went into a spin, seeing all kinds of currents and great exposes of invisible powers at work to shape events and circumstances about the nation. At that point I became aware that I was being initiated to the dimension where perceptions, thoughts, emotions and controls of human affairs are generated and conducted from. “So”, I replied, very determined to understand, “you are a spirit”! “Yes, you could say that. I belong to the spiritual realm. The forces of civilization on this geo division called Canada are under my jurisdiction to serve God. My job is to prevent the forces of darkness from shadowing Yahweigh sovereign plan for humanity, throughout the decision-making that shapes the human identity and life across the land”. “Boy”, I replied with sarcasm, “I don’t know much about politics but you better call your cavalry my friend”. “That’s why I am here”, was the instant reply, in a very enthusiastic but also, very solemn voice. “You, Benoit, you will not ever forget our encounter. The memory of our time together is a seed in your spirit and it will grow into a completing part of the Eternal vision; this vision is being raised to provide healing to the people of the land and service to the saints of the Earth, thereby revealing the purpose of our destiny that’s calling us all to experience the organic maturity being lived in the completion of spiritual mutuality. Being 21 years of age, you are very young and ignorant of who you are to be, as of yet. Eventually, from the training that will be sent your way, you will take a stand and many will rally to serve the cause of your common destiny. It will be at that point that the Lord’s cavalry and I will support your proposition to God”! That’s when Canada left and vanished with the body language of one who was now going to set up to protect the seeding that just happened. As Canada vanished away, so faded along with his departure, the sound of the prairie wind. Once gone, both, the sight and sounds left me with the sense of an open closure; open to a definite return, one day! Stunned by the whole experience, I couldn’t quite believe nor disbelieve what had just happened. I just couldn’t make any sense of it. I looked around and all that was left with me was that new awareness and that deep appreciation of the here and now; almost like a river of thanksgiving, flowing down through my spirit and into my heart, calling my soul and body to pay complete attention from here on and to accept the obedience of the simple faith. I was left with much more than a feeling; I was given a state of being that secured me with living as myself, getting me ready to face the harsh lessons I knew I had to get through, in order to become empowered into the genuine loving nature needed to serve God. I got up and proceeded to get down the mountain. Every move I was making was more arrested and somehow, renewing each other as I went on. I had no possible way to deny this renewal and yet, was it a dream that I had or what?! So as I was walking down wondering, my foot missed a tight spot on the trail and I lost my balance. Just as I was falling, the wind gusted a burst that nuzzled me back up on my feet. I sat there for a few minutes, realizing that I had just been answered. Whatever happened up there was no dream. Someone had just caused a saving wind to come my way and somehow, I know it was “Canada”…This tale was inspired from my initial experience at 16, of getting touched and of having been kept in touch in spite of my ongoing failures, with and by our Creator’s mercy and Presence! Transition from secrecy to transparency In the West, there is cross-border problem that has lived on for centuries under the various disguises of 2 enemies at war with one another when in fact, they rely on each other for their existance and survival. These 2 elements are known as official government secrecy and the law of omerta, the organized crime code of silence. As long as open source transparency remains a fancy vocabulary of Internet elites, the same indispositions that rule our hearts and minds will go on. On a global scale, being from Canada I hope to somehow find a way to draw massive attention on the opportunity we are given at the centre of our national unity crisis, to grow a healthy identity in view of the universal citizenship, free from the oppressive powers of secrecy and omerta. For several years, I have been studying how to go from political propaganda to the socio-cultural healing movement that comes from the personal acquisition of the taste for health to the community self-government. Before any real solution can happen, our governing fabrics must accept to go through a profound reality check with which integrity can find restoration and renewal in each sphere of decision making. There needs to be a clear path set on how to go from competing to completing so as to heal the meaning of life itself. The starting point I propose is to develop a community centre open 24 hrs a day to initiate the integrity of the Faculty of Living between all faculties and governing agencies until the personal and communal experience of unity moves the socio-cultural fabrics into the healing of the spiritual human identity. From micro to macro in Canadian context In terms of education, the realm has conceived the curriculum from 1 to 40. My whole comes by joining as a student who has travelled in the BROWN curriculum from minus 40 to 0 and now, I seek out from 0 to grade one of the GREEN of the pure curriculum. My work in cyber space that took me here, is to manifest the depth of the roots with which the Love of God reaches to take humans from the BROWN of our corruptibility to His GREEN Open Lead, reaching each one independently with His Love and attention and direction. To best describe the meaning of BROWN to GREEN, we need to thing microscopically, at the level of molecules. I am a human who is one brown set of molecules. I am part of the dirt of humanity. I am corruptible, therefore I am BROWN. One day, in my natural dark journey of decomposing from age and corruptibility, I get to be seized by something that takes my corruptible, BROWN humus nature and brings the set of molecules that I am made of to combust; the inner connection of the roots into the unit of molecules ignites "what" I am into "who" I am. The Vine of Eternal Life's Currency has now reached me with its deep root and I am now aware of being aware. From the BROWN unaware nature of corruptibility, I am now in the GREEN of spiritual infancy. Now from one such example at the molecule level, let's go from here, you and I Andrius, and lets take the ride with the sap. Here we go, travelling from the BROWN of dark, isolated sets of molecules and now, from the light of renewed Green taking us from underground to the sunlight, we begin to see the grapes production that we are grown from and that goes on growing from us. Once GREEN, all colors become part of the eternal, renewing nature we are of now and into forever. Family blessing Oh young lives, granted from heaven to us parents and who painfully suffer with us and because of us, the discovery of spiritual maturity! The difficult upbringing that we’re being through has been and will forever be inexcusable in our own eyes and in the eyes of the world. It is so, that we may all be trained in God’s power to forgive and to free us from what He forgives, as we learn to pray, to praise, to be thankful and to rejoice no matter what, in the blossom against and because of all odds. May we each live on by ongrowingly knowing God’s Fatherhood to us, where we each seek Him from, to where He seeks to be hosted within and amongst all of His own, in the quietning stillness of His Holiness to adore Him from! Dear spouse and children, the present of our lives comes to us from a specific dictation, grooved in the people of our past, and scripted in a future of the Life, as we radiate the spiritual-organic journey of the… …Spheric Knighthood of Humanity’s Round Table In British terms, the knights represent the noblest of chivalry. They are the ones who are sovereignly appointed to serve and to protect with all the passion of their personal devotion to God and king or queen as the case may be. Since Camelot, the British monarchy and the knights of the round table have been adapting to the deeper calling of justice and of peace, while chivalry went on a quest of its own, looking for new ground to grow roots with. It reached beyond the realm of the Empire, and has now covered the whole sphere of the Earth. Having been forced to survive the underground rule, chivalry is sprouting back from upon the Land of Emmanuel, with knights who are equipped to serve and to protect the universal completion of personal and mutual community care. The round table we work from is to inspire and to ease in the consensus of living freely with and for all who choose to host chivalry’s sprouting Royalty. The torch of universal Faith we carry in who we are, is ignited to radiate the peace caused from the Solemn beauty of Being human who answers the ancient voice of humanity’s youth in the fluid adaptation of common sense, united by the Glory of our Father in heaven...amen! That prayer and the mission being described afterward can be specified in the context "From FROM BROWN to GREEN" with the following: At the bottom of a mountain, God provided Moses and the people of Israel with an anecdote of what is the reality of hearing God's voice with our physical hearing. Very little did He speak, but the people begged Moses to ask God to never speak to them directly again for fear that they would surely die. In several different explanations, anecdotes and analogies, Jesus and the apostles are all very clear on the fact that no one gets close enough to God to hear His voice, without being guided there by God Himself. Yet, Jesus is also clear that those who are His, know His voice. Humanity's attempts to mediate the divine and the human natures are and will always be left to re-invent God after our own limits. Through the history of early Christianity, the existantial nessecity to keep distant from God's voice, combined with the sharpest animal instincts of survival brought on the alliance of Mammon with Roman Empire. That alliance adapted and adopted a tradition imitating the High Priesthood of Aaron, in the name of Christ teachings. Tradition took over the simplicity of the communion guided in God's Presence by God's voice. When the reform consolidated in the name of Martin Luther, the renewal was again halted by labelling as "enthusiasts", all those who advocated for the completion of the reforms until it reached the simplicity of the communion guided in God's Presence by God's voice. Instead, the reform got lost into the renaissance of all human interests, still excluding God's direct governance in our midst, born of our abiding in Him so that He may abide in each one of His children. Belief is from the nervous energy by which we can conclude, make up our mind and have an opinion of our own, with or without the truth. Beleif brings us to sound conclusions of our own. Then comes the need to know that I am known in such a way as I may also know that I know. This is when Faith draws beleif into revelation. This distinction leads to observe two opposing accesses at the basic fundamental levels of sourcing the human thought generating and processing, and consequently, at the source of the very health of personal identity development and interactive qualities. The spirit-driven mind is the experience of organic-spiritual unity where all quality of living are. The soul-driven mind is where beleif refuses the revelation of Faith and turn societies into herds of peer pressured humans, spending our existence under the "peacefully oppressed order" of military intelligence, to maintain the animal soul driven nature of humanity under check. Psychiatry is only just coming to terms with the conclusive observations in the curative powers of Faith for a variety of conditions where the patient is relieved from past beliefs that find themselves at the root of the condition that needs treated. From Faith, the mind is at peace with an imaginative screen that feeds from the balanced creative participation of both, the subjective and the objective state of being fully developing together, into the revelation of being relevant at the source of being one with all in all. Therefore the response I seek to provide is the simplicity of His Presence and of His Voice, so that whenever or wherever anyone asks any question concerning God, He is then always available to be pin pointed amongst His own human manifestation of His Promised Covenant of Justice, Peace and Joy by the Spirit. The current scenario that I am in, involves a friend who was arrested and sent to a psychiatric hospital for observation. Because of his case and of the context of our closeness in marijuana use and his love for music deemed demonic, we find ourselves in the "pit" of world powers' confusion. All cultural, social, economic, legal and political policy making is involved in this simple equation of a friendship between the two of us. By taking our personal condition to the forefront of complete global observation, we are set to engage upon the trail blazing for the curriculum from minus 40 to the grade one of the Macrae vision. The mission is to reach that grade one stage in the purity of sanctity, free from any and all BROWN holdings upon the education and the educated ones. The path will then be kept in the clarity of transparency by the Presence and the Voice of the Kingdom Deep Net among humanity's course: FROM MINU 40 CURRICULUM... Preventing slums in Canada Yes it is a good strategy. Now if our population can learn to become available to work as neighbours with one another. We need to learn hoe go from home to school or to work and back home while cultivating deeper and deeper the passage from stranger to family within our own families and areas. Then the fears of violence will diminish and clear to way for the one on one work you speak of. To move in such a direction as a population, we must learn to go from competing to completing. Voters, taxes, force of Law and legal tender, working together into the tender living. We must go from constant political power struggle to the permanent voters power handle and learn to invest as opposed to spend our time, energy and resources where good health and happiness. Most of all, I pray for the one on one work you speak of to bring in people's heart that deliverance from poverty in a place like Canada begins with appreciative contentment. From such a starting point, we get to realise that we are truly blessed and that poverty starts when we lose sight of the blessing in the struggles. Religious Institutions and the welfare of cities I completely agree. I am more than convinced that HABITAT JAM and the Canadian government need to go from this global sample of the people and move on right away with the development of a universal model on how to go from micro to macro solutions. The local Faith community is the stable agent where the lead must come from, as long as the faithful move on to adapt ceaselessly. The Vancouver June 2006 conference ought to be ready to unveil a significant strategy such as a "QUEST FOR HOME" that goes from the personal acquisition of the taste for health to community self-government. By starting on Dec 5th 2005, "North Americans can begin by settling upon the gift of spiritual unity that we are given upon "The Land of Emmanuel in the permanent celebration of Easter." I use this terminology to define the boundaries of the inner home, where serenity rules in love and truth. These boundaries are the source of Home needed to be Quested by each citizen and can be retold in any religious tradition language. God is love and Spirit. DEPLOYMENT STRATEGY

The production of a simple home video as soon as possible, set out to be started at Sacred Heart School. A website ready and going with its easy viewing as quickly as possible. The title of the first
episode is "From domestic oppression to domestic health". It will serve to accommodate a live Canadian family situation whose quest for home generates the core activity from the essence to the substance of universal community living. This exercise will
cultivate the personal appreciation of each other until the functional home maturity is reached. From the acquisition of the taste for health, we grow into the discipline of assembling within the correctional family circuiting. As the core lights up and the news spread, the movement grows to become the Canadian Health Trail.

The mission is to proceed with the communal regeneration where from the brown humus of our socio-cultural history, personal and otherwise, get to proceed into becoming the green life of simple trust and enjoyment of one another. The experience to enjoy life and to genuinely appreciate one another, form the one basic common denominator and framework of all functions and directives. There are 4 stages of development to unfold for anyone to complete this socio-economic entrepreneurship, from its microscopic cultural basis.

-acquisition of the taste for health

The basic element of self-government begins with self-control which comes from my personal ability to care, to maintain and to strengthen health awareness and well being. Authority of justice and of peace is maintained by residing within the proximity of
relationships, made of dynamics open enough to bond in the mutual care for our complete health. This is the experience of intimacy that produces unity and which is needed to cultivate the blossom of
individuals, families and communities.

- correctional family circuiting

From this small video production, we will raise the interest among neighbours to establish a pattern of weekend retreat to accommodate between 12 to 20 couples. The purpose of that weekend is to establish our contact to each other in the bond of the
acquisition for the taste for health. The circuiting experience is the mutual subjection under the authority of the bond to "live and learn" to grow healthy with one another. The discipline involved in
apprenticing to live in the community of this mutual subjection to strengthen our health with the appropriate changes, is the correctional part.

-Canadian health trail

From such a socio-cultural healing process grows the microcosm of community self-government. With enough episodes on tape, I hope to convert the simple production into a docu-dramatisation TV series.
As the Establishment and the underground population learn to meet, the series grows by joining in the creative dynamics and activities that come together upon the meeting ground of the reconciliation. At that point in time, we go from small website home production to full fledge televised series. We do so by adapting the live situation into the docu-dramatization, with the help of writers, actors, producers and with the volunteer legions that will grow from the initiative.
The TV series will be to bring on a faithful deployment of the microcosm to adapt into the national transition of scale, so as to extend into municipalities, province and nation. At the moment the
populations of Canada are facing a conjuncture of opportune synchronicity by simply accepting the sequence of events that we are in right now. The Canadian Health Trail can be developed from the
campaign I run, to the March SUFA review, to these discussions we are having, to the centennial of Western Canada to the visit of the Queen in May, to the Round Tables with the Aboriginal nations to
the up coming Federal election. The citizenship is called to please rise up to our full measure of blessing and responsibility to humanity...

-Ministry of reconciliation

is the Spirit binding the Canadian citizenship within the state of human living that keeps Canada out of reach of the powers of the terror-anti-terror entity. The Spirit of the Ministry of Reconciliation is the ground upon which the line was drawn by Mr. Chretien and, through his decision, by all Canadians, when we stood against the war in Iraq. Canada is not deceived by the equation of terror versus anti-terror, treating it in the reality that both sides are of the same entity. It is the nature of divide and conquer at its peak.
The line drawn by the refusal of Canadians and of the other nations of the G8 sheds the light on terror and anti-terror to show it from the same animal side of humanity, and can get defeated by cultivating the local alternative.


MONEY WILL GO TO…

The goal of the first stage is to define the personal focus of home interest. We do so by developing the settings needed to host families who are in situations of complete emergency, one family at
the time. My wife and I volunteer to be set up at Sacred Heart School, to be established as the initiator of the Correctional Family Circuiting who will be supported to complete the Canadian Health Trail within the framework of the initiative of …Cleansing our vision of the Crown…
Our family will beat the trail down to get from domestic oppression to domestic health, with a parallel positioning between local and global. This serves as the starting point to build the prototype of
a hours a day community centre to stand by as the presence who hosts the immediate need for individual and neighbour stablelization as the call arises. The process to develop the centre is mentioned under the name "correctional family circuiting".
The home made video production will define the civic ground, reasons and remedy, to empower the communities to help themselves from the bottom line of acquiring the taste for health and to join in the
correctional family circuiting, all the way to the suspension of the Canadian citizenship until community satisfaction is established.
With the contribution of family and neighbours, the civic authorities of Canada will facilitate the maturity of communal interaction within their each one's own midst. By so doing, we'll define the acceptable boundaries to apply the reach of community
mental health along with the practices of restorative justice.
This initiative is already growing on record to develop the lay out, the fund raising and the work force structure of the whole project within the existing relation that are established between the
clients and the various agencies sponsored by United Way and the Edmonton Community Foundation. We all win now by supporting the contribution of our experience, to what has been missing in the past that would have helped prevent most of the pain along the way to maturity.

-Establishment of beat cop shops across the city to become the illicit drug corner store of the community. This is being established temporarily to phase out the criminal aspect of the illegal market by setting the parameters of neighbourhood renewal
with the customers. It gets done by providing the resources for the dispatching force needed.

--CS becomes the umbrella of the large scale communication from the artistic agents to the public as a whole. The deployment of movement of CS participation takes on a visual manifestation of the
Animation album. It all comes to celebrate the recognition of the Aboriginal population as hosts of Canada and complete participants in hosting and shaping the Canadian identity.

-Pedway construction to tie Sacred Heart School-Vic-Royal Alex with an elaborate underground triangled plaza to provide a venue to individuals and to each culture to describe the journey they have to go through to get from their position of strangers and to reach their own belonging and celebration into the wealth of Canadian Heritage.
This work will serve as a model where Canadians equip themselves to reverse the under-overwhelming trend that says to mmigration; "Make yourself at home" before we have guided them to:
"Welcome to the life of our house. We will help you settle in the good spirit we live and build our house in until you can make yourself at home and help the people of your far off land do the same home questing".
