Israeli-Arab Conflict
(documents, articles, books)

Dear Marjotie, Andrius and all,

Please, do know that you are most welcome to delete my thoughts if they are judged to be offensive or useless to the aim we all seek in the inner and outer Justice of God as well as our living in the serenity of His peace and the strength of His joy.

ABRAHAM’S UNIVERSAL APPEAL

As a child of God, I become mature because all of me is engaged in the worshipping obedience that comes in response to God, as He makes Himself known to me as my adopting, heavenly, creating Father. A word used to express this sacrifice of worship is: "Muslim"!

Also, where from God reveals Himself within each one of His children, for the sacrifice of worship to happen in truth and in spirit, is known in the Bible as the inner most being and prophetically unveiled as the Holy of Holies in Zion.

Therefore, by historically accepted definitions, it is divinely safe to say in practical theory, that the maturity of God's family is to live out His appointed version of the Muslim-Zionist state...

The true and simple nature of the Covenant in the Christ as quoted in Heb. 8, 10-12, is given to humanity to become, among other equally proper definitions, a race of Muslim-Zionist...!!!...

PS: The same total application of the Covenant in the Christ is available to adapt with humanity from all genuine openings who seeks to find and to serve Love and Justice, in the fostering of eternity through time and space...Benoit Couture

OPEN SOURCE DIPLOMACY AT MINCIU SODAS

The following is a blog where I invite colleagues of the Arab world to explore the idea of aiming for open source diplomacy with KM. It is followed by a tale to capture different visions into one.

Monday, September 05, 2005 This is my birth of interfacing on the blog's avenue

Greetings and blessing to all who are with Dr. Hasan Al- to invite me here to blog along within your realm of thinking and dreaming. Visions are born from such encounters. I look forward to our dreaming's creative power to be harnessed into tangible value of eternal nature. The efficient use of time, thoughts and interaction is the interest I seek to develop in joining you all here, until the wisdom of guidance begins to grow a natural diplomacy of universal creativity, innovation and service to the sanctity of life. Here is the most current position that I posted from the threshold of the slipstream from our lower reality into dream into reality...

Benoit Couture , 29-Aug-2005 Ripe timing to assemble H2g2-BBC-CBC's live democracy Stay at home dad Benoit Couture Dear cyber hosts and neighbors, With the work I do on my space with h2g2 as a stay at home dad with no income of my own, I am offering a volunteer initiative to begin now during the present labor dispute at the CBC (Canadaian Broadcasting Corp) to join with the BBC to gather the owners of the 2 corporations into a local-global complicity to update democracy from self-destruction to sef-control to community self-government. Is it conceivable to make use of h2g2 as the spark plug to ignite the healing movement of quietning silence of patient wisdom on the air from our live, cyber democracy? England has taken the best of Europe to the farthest extremities of the world and England has also dearly suffered to protect the world from the worst of Europe. From Avalon to the return of the King of kings, the world monarchies have now received lessons of grand humility when needed and of humble grandeur to express the solemn beauty of being servants of the justice and of the peace that secures liberty. Because of Great Britain, all languages of the earth are now offered a practical guide to self-governing to live out the universal Faculty of being human. Because of the Commomwealth and because of the entity of terror-anti-terror working at circling the earth under militarization, humanity is given the opportunity to end the repeat of history's worst memories and to restructure the distribution of wealth with integrity and equity. Canadians are inviting her majesty, Queen Elizabeth to join us in the company of the BBC, to preside over the gathering of the Permanent Pepople Summit to officialy launch"...cleansing our vision of the Crown,,,", with the help of Mr. Bush, President of United States of America and of Benedict the 16th, head of Vatican. As we do, we shall behold the rise of Britania and of Europe's inheritance, joining with the inheritance of Asia into humanity: The muli-culture of humans, rooted in the glory of unity...YES into AMEN... (to view h2g2's filtration of my invitation, please vivit: http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/h2g2/classic/F30859?thread=879493 Thank you for the opportunity!

BIRTH OF THE INTERNET CATALYSY TO JOIN AND TO SIDE ALONG IN THE ASSEMBLING

MINCIU SODAS'S SEAL OF ETERNITY

Now that the www is growing, is it conceivable to open the kdw from Ethical Public Domain (EPD). kdw stands for the "kingdom deep web" and offers a universal access to persoanl health and happiness in the settlement of collective harmony and balance throught out the depth of the www's activity. By entering EPD, one is hosted into the 0 area of the self where God meets intimatly each human in the Quietning Silence of Patient Wisdom. No and Yes are available to be accessed and to personally be suited for any need of the moment. As the need is met, satisfaction is given the opportunity to join in the ebbs and flows of kdw by the Law of the Spirit of life Who sets us free from the law of sin and death. The gentle spread of kdw from person to God to person sweeps www into the Alpha and Omega where flows the regenerative inner waters of faith and hope, in the organic simplicity and glory of unity, spiritual and physical.

WELCOME, VISION OF ONGOING COMPLETION OF THE KDW FROM MINCIU SODAS' LAB TO THE ETHICAL PUBLIC DOMAIN...

So dear Dr. Hasan Al- and co-bloggers, I thank you for the opportunity to join in your company of the mind. Beside loving my love ones faithfully, I see no better opportunity to draw the human race on the peaceful journey from stranger to the sanctity of family, than with the transparency that offers the open source of knowledge management, just as we aim for here. Sep 18, 2005 Meeting of the humming bird with the eagle

It's the story of a daring humming bird who once noticed way, way down below during one of his 35,000 feet high migration journey, an eagle. He thought to himself: "Hummmm....if I can see that eagle from here, it means that he is a lot higher than any other eagle." The humming bird decided to go for it and he broke his migration pattern and went straight for the eagle. The humming bird was so high that once he made his move, he had time to think about his introduction to the eagle. He thought to himself: "I'll go for broke. As I get closer, I'll line up my flight in sync with the moment when he'll just have reached his focus of attack on a prey and I'll come right at him to clip his flight out of its track. Without hurting him, I'm going to give him the sense that from above, this minuscule little bird could have struck the mighty eagle with a death blow." It worked. At first, the meeting with the humming bird was frustrating, because of the obvious frailty of this tiny thing managing to spook him so much. At first, the poor eagle had nothing but questions that he could not even formulate. All of that reaction happened in the eagle's mind, at the frantic speed of the moment's shock. The humming bird was in control of the shock treatment and he quickly re-assured the eagle that the point of his unusual entry was to make sure that he got the eagle's attention without compromise. The humming bird settled the moment by looking at the eagle straight in the eye with a confident smile and said: "It worked". The eagle burst laughing and they started cruising around each other, learning to fly together at the most elementary level. After all the emotion was past, they landed for a break and then the real conversation began. "Why did you come to me like that, you little sneak of power?" -"I had never seen an eagle flying so high before and I just had to see you from closer". The eagle had learned to fly higher than any other because of his father who had taught him how to live in the science of perpetual development. His dad had prepared the eagle to adapt with new winds and had taught him that winds turn to currents at a certain altitude. The dad had run his course before he could really learn to go with his son, all the way to where these currents make a real difference. The humming bird explained further, "Once I started going for you, I realized that we can help each other if we exchange the service from our strengths." "What have you got in mind?" "Your eyes for my protection when I come for my season here and when I go on my migration, I am going to expand your vision ten fold by showing you the way up from winds to currents. So then when you ever need to escape plain sight of survival and to climb into the controls that command your winds, you'll then have such freedom. Who knows, we might end up one day with humming eagles and vice versa." They burst again into laughter and the eagle told him to get on his back and to hang on...and zoom they went and a new vision was born. Their creation of a renewing vision began to be noticed by all other local animals and soon, the entire environment and ecosystems began regenarating. The focus of the eagle and humming bird coming together, fired up such local beauty that it began flowing from the winds of change to the currents of conversion and transformation of every speices. The earth never looked the same, as civilisations had found the path from micro to macro, by going from ignoring and competing to learning from each other to complete mutuality in the reciprocity of one another's vision, with the currents of reality that rules the winds at their mutual altitude. posted by Benoit Couture

CURRENT THREAD OF THE SAME AIM ON THE EU KM BOARD

Benoit Couture , 22 September 2005 @ 14:47 PM Can we handle the virginity of this thread with wisdom? Stay at home dad Benoit Couture Dear Kondal, I looked up the word "wisdom" on our search engine here and I was given 5 threads. Your's asks the question exactly in the way I was going to post it and the thread is virgin. I conclude that the question is so potent and important enough to stop all powers that be in their tracks. So I start by pasting the other 4 threads' questions:

Chris brings up the questions: "Where did you first come across the term KM?" What's the biggest missing wisdom you struggle to fill in when openly conversing big change?"

Jaswinder asks: "It is KM or We are going towards WISDOM SOCIETY"

Jaques brings on a statement that says: "From discussion springs light."

The question of wisdom as well as the need to learn and to apply it with no compromise is so relevant to the times that humanity is in, that we should answer the call of intelligence which is pointing us all as a community, to support the following move as the ongoing pet project of the EU KM Board community. Please see the following call for wisdom to take centre stage: http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/actionnetwork/G1281

William, 23 September 2005 @ 01:45 AM Defining knowledge is often vexatious - wisdom is derived from knowledge Dr. William Hall Asking to define knowledge in a KM forum can to flame wars, because the question is central to KM and to many different philosophies of reality. Many people define knowledge as "justified true belief", which raises even more intractable questions -- what is justification, what is truth, and what is belief.

I follow Karl Popper in accepting that we can never prove the truth of any claim to know. As an ex evolutionary biologist I follow Popper's (1972) evolutionary epistemology: There is an external reality as a fiduciary principle that we try to reflect in our constructed and fallible understandings of the world.

Knowledge represents solutions to problems in the world; or that which reduces our uncertainties about the world. Knowledge grows more accurate through iterated cycles of making claims (tentative theories or solutions) as to how to solve problems, applying those claims and eliminating those shown pragmatically to be in error - which to some extent changes the problem space because a solution was found to at least part of the problem

Thus, "knowledge" consists of claims about the world, "wisdom" is knowledge that has been tested and shown to provide demonstrably adequate solutions to problems.

Denham, 23 September 2005 @ 03:14 AM Knowledge and wisdom Denham Grey Knowledge Collective agreement on the current best way to solve problems; pragmatic, simple, elegant, proven and effective. Both knowledge and wisdom are socially constructed, locally validated, context dependent (wisdom perhaps less so) and subject to revision.

John, 25 September 2005 @ 11:04 AM wisdom

William's article "Organisational autopoeisis and KM" helped me understand the process of developing wisdom. The material from the Australian Army Information Management Manual (2000) is a nice little package: DATA -> INFORMATION -> KNOWLEDGE -> INTELLIGENCE -> WISDOM -> STRATEGIC POWER

If other minds have already worked on these definitions, to me it makes sense to use those efforts.

I wonder if anything should follow STRATEGIC POWER?

How should we validate truthfulness? How is the DATA checked to be true? How do we check that the trnsformation from DATA to INFO or INFO to KNOWLEDGE is not a corrupt process?

John.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Benoit Couture , 25 September 2005 @ 11:40 AM Deep security of wisdom with grounded open source Stay at home dad Benoit Couture John, I keep seeing the term "commonity of practice" being used in developing KM's usefulness and potentials. The underlying force that drives on this collective effort is the desire of a healthy and balanced global collectivity. The key word for adnvancement is community because there is no community without communion and there is no communion without union. Such state is the basis for perpetual dynamics of intelligent adaptation and renewal. Because of such a present evolutionary stage facing humanity with KM's mission, the proven efficiency of: DATA -> INFORMATION -> KNOWLEDGE -> INTELLIGENCE -> WISDOM -> STRATEGIC POWER begs for the question: "Who's power?" From the answer to that question comes the need to qualify each word in the preceeding formulation of the governing sequence.

Your question: "I wonder if anything should follow STRATEGIC POWER?", Given the potential of making room for such voice out of the alliace of BBC with KM open source, it seems undiniable that we must concentrate to enter in the intimacy of confidence that transparent diplomacy can swiftly deploy and mainlained in the efficiently of complete awareness.

You then go on: "How should we validate truthfulness? How is the DATA checked to be true? How do we check that the trnsformation from DATA to INFO or INFO to KNOWLEDGE is not a corrupt process?"

Moving in renewal from the dominating powers of fear and ignorance and into the simplicity of the organic experience of spiritual unity is to be the proven path of the justice that produces inner and outer peace. By hosting the open source diplomacy from man to woman, from parents to children, from family to neighbour, and so on with the focus from personal to local to global, KM and the BBC are positioned to help humanity graduading from the past resistance to evolve and to get into the live service that'll make poverty history in the rational understanding of the our passage from animal to spiritual.

That is why, all things considered, the wise movement of maturity and the boldness of transparency of open source KM justifies the invitation I make on this thread by suggesting support for these 2 links: http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/actionnetwork/G1281http://www.knowledgeboard.com/cgi-bin/item.cgi?id=129672&d=pnd

John, 25 September 2005 @ 14:26 PM
community is the key

Benoit,
I agree that community is the key.

There are many communities. Not all have the same goals. This is where the untruthfullness comes in. One community can use false INFO to generate flawed KNOWLEDGE because they wish to defeat another community.

This happens so often that I feel it is normal, not abnormal.

John.

Momentum of consensus is building (part 1)
Stay at home dad Benoit Couture
John,
I too agrre with the reality of conflict that you depict as the norm. That is why I do not suggest something new but rather the renewal experience of spirutal unity to calmly proceed from the old to the new and from our compulsive nature of instincts to the spiritual enlightenment.
In our present era of terror-anti-terror, the interest in justice calls for a direction that "the Law and Order" must be eqipped to inspire first. If consistantly refused, then the harsh side of The Law comes as the imposed necessity.
In fact, the point you make John is why democracies must to go from hidden diplomacy of ongoing apeasement to the permanent open source that the BBC can offer as a starting point. Then there is the Australian and the Canadian Broadcating Corporation that will then be naturals to host the initiatives born of talks on the BBC at the ground level of man power training for the ongoing community renewal movement in the developing and underdeveloped world. We ste the pace to go from competing to completing, which frames the animal instincts in the spiritual direction.

Here is a basis to start from:
1- Agreeing to disagree with the commitment to reach agreement. Reality is that objectivity has its own subjectivity.
Our contacts are needed to stay objective until we uncover all facets of a topic. once unveiled, subjectivity of the topic appears. We then eack have our own reaction to the completion of the research. This means that sooner or later, all involved must learn, adapt and/or grow up.

2- The other part of the framework is to know that mature freedom of speech stays in the speech of freedom. By stay this course, we eventually we develop a culture of intelligent freedom, hapiness grows and work becomes a breeze, ready for any challenge.

Here is a local example of this global opportunity that I speak of in democracies.
At the core of our Constitution in Canada, we have a Charter of Rights and Freedom. The maturity of rights and freedoms needs to be balanced by responsabilities and obligations. The first clause about agreement that you agree ehtirely with, is made secured and efficient when our right and freedom to speak are contained in the civility of speech of freedom. Many very intelligent voices are not heard because they do not want to engage in all the noise that's being made by the those who refuse such containement. How else can we understand the continued pretension and war hunger of democracy's polical class?

I therefore insist that WE are the window of ooprtunity as we speak and all things considered, the wise movement of maturity and the boldness of transparency of open source KM justifies the invitation I make on this thread by suggesting support for these 2 links:

Joseph, 27 September 2005 @ 19:44 PM Wisdom is having a decision model with as low a risk of error as possible Joseph Firestone Benoit, Thanks for inviting my comments on this thread. I see some familiar faces in Bill Hall, with whom I share a common interest in Complexity Theory, Evolutionary Eppistemology, Karl Popper's work, and Maturana and Varela, and Denham Grey with whom I've shared many interesting exchanges on the nature of knowledge. Hello gentlemen.

As it happens, I've been working on a book called REDUCING RISK BY KILLING YOUR WORST IDEAS. I'm writing the book in both fictional and non-fictional versions and haven't decided yet which form it will end in. In any event, Chapter 2 is about information, data, knowledge, and wisdom and how they are related. YOu?'ll find a link to a pre-publication version of the fictional form of Chapter 2 along with other kmci resources, here:

http://www.kmci.org/kmci_resources_and_links.html under the title "What Knowledge Is."

As you'll see in Chapter 2, many in KM, view wisdom as knowledge that transcends mere description and makes value choices. If interpreted from the point of view of other distinctions I make in the chapter, rather than from the point of view of other more commonly offered distinctions in KM, I think this view of wisdom is basically correct.

I'll also note though, that wisdom is about having quality knowledge in the area of decision models. That is, I think wisdom is having a decision model with as low a risk of error as possible since such a model will take truthlikeness, probabilities, and values all into account. So, I think that when we are learning how to make better quality decision models, and to reduce our risk, we are also learning how to do a better job of producing wisdom.

I hope the above and the chapter I've cited is enough as an opening statement of my view on this perenially important subject.

Best,

Joe

Benoit Couture , 28 September 2005 @ 00:26 AM Wisdom is the guide of enlightenment's application(part1) Stay at home dad Benoit Couture Joseph, thanks for joining and I am glad that you already feel at home on the thread. As I mention all along and on the title of this posting, I am looking forward to help KM's infancy guided into the maturity that allows for open source diplomacy to evolve with such civility and wisdom that we will ignite the various communites to aaly with the BBC and hopefully the CBC(Canada) and ABC(Australia) will join to attrach all other public networks of local and global nature to accept this idea as the mean to get out of the private market's turf and to secure the personal, cultural and public's voice and deployment. Here are the kind of figures that need to be considered by the expets of the tools that can get the human condition's renewal going in the right direction.

This is very interesting. If the population of the Earth was reduced to that of a small town with 100 people, it would look something like this:

57 Asians 21 Europeans 14 Americans (northern and southern) 8 Africans

52 women 48 men

70 coloured-skins 30 caucasians

89 heterosexuals 11 homosexuals

6 people would own 59% of the whole world wealth and all of them will be from the United States of America

80 would have bad living conditions

70 would be uneducated 50 underfed 1 would die 2 would be born 1 would have a computer 1 (only one) will have higher education

When you look at the world from this point of view, you can see there is a real need for solidarity, understanding, patience and education.

Also think about the following

This morning, if you woke up healthy, then you are happier than the 1 million people that will not survive next week.

If you never suffered a war, the loneliness of the jail cell, the agony of torture, or hunger, you are happier than 500 million people in the world.

If you can enter into a church (mosque) without fear of jail or death, you are happier then 3 million people in the world.

If there is a food in your fridge, you have shoes and clothes, you have bed and a roof, you are richer then 75% of the people in the world.

If you have bank account, money in your wallet and some coins in the money-box, you belong to the 8% of the people on the world, who are well-to-do.

If you read this you are three times blessed because: 1. somebody just thought of you. 2 . you don't belong to the 200 million people that cannot read. 3 . and... you have a computer!

As somebody once said: "- work as if you don't need money, - love as if you've never been hurt, - dance, as if nobody can see you, - sing, as if no one can hear, - live, as if the Earth was a heaven."

If you like, send this to people you call friends.

How do we carry on with this thread and begin to emerge with actual initiatives that can fan on the focus and participation of the masses toward the personal and cultural changes and adaptation that are called for?

WE are the window of ooprtunity as we speak and all things considered, the wise movement of maturity and the boldness of transparency of open source KM justifies the invitation I make on this thread by suggesting support for these 2 links: http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/actionnetwork/G1281http://www.knowledgeboard.com/cgi-bin/item.cgi?id=129672&d=pnd

Here is an embryo attempt to do so regarding the Israeli-Arac conflict: http://www.openleader.com/index.php/LovingGod/IsraeliArabConflict

Thawat , 28 September 2005 @ 07:30 AM If you could go across the boundary of lifeless knowledge, you will find a wisdom. Mr. Thawat From personal belief, wisdom is an exploitable knowledge. Namely wisdom is a knowledge that people can use and obtain their working or living target. See collection of story in

Ben, 28 September 2005 @ 11:17 AM my definition of a bombastic jazz style... I make a simple distinction between the two. What is knowledge?

The stuff you learn.

What is wisdom?

Learning put into practice.

Benoit Couture , 28 September 2005 @ 12:53 PM Wisdom activated in context Stay at home dad Benoit Couture Dear all, So far, we have raised a focus on the question to define what is knowledge and wisdom. In simple terms, Denham says:

Knowledge Collective agreement on the current best way to solve problems; pragmatic, simple, elegant, proven and effective. Wisdom Has a sense of age & history, an ethical connection and feeling for the longer term, a just resolution.

Both knowledge and wisdom are socially constructed, locally validated, context dependent (wisdom perhaps less so) and subject to revision.

Ben says: I make a simple distinction between the two. What is knowledge? The stuff you learn.

What is wisdom? Learning put into practice.

At this point, our combine answers come from individuals who's lives reache across distances from Canada, the US, Australia, Thailand and Europe. The reality of power now begs for the questions: "Who do we think we are to dare speaking of such ideal?" When I read the work of Joseph about anti- corruption in the corporate world and his being on familiar territory with Bill and John here, added with the sharpness of Denham and of Ben, I get the sense that what needs to be captured and worked from is the crystalising of our initial question. namely, an adaptable, living organism of wisdom grown of the human mind coming together. We are touching upon the live hope for which the infancy of open source KM is spiritualy alive. From my stance, I am witnessing the shaping of maturity, as we write and allow ourselves to imbib and partake of this moment in history. The dimension of where my office is located as a stay at home dad, I am beholding the rise of the universal citizenship of common sense! This experience is described in scriptures I read as the Spirit of power, love and wisdom. On the Australian yahoo group of act-km, the question "Power in KM" is gathering steam right now. Have we reached the stage of KM evolution to where the personal and collective quest for such planetary homebound reality to fleurish in the simplicity of transparent diplomacy? Can we from here at EU KM Board bring the quest into the initiative of leading public broadcasting to become the connecting voice of democracy and trade liberalizations, so that we may all have access to contribute and to witness the unfolding of DATA -> INFORMATION -> KNOWLEDGE -> INTELLIGENCE -> WISDOM -> STRATEGIC POWER from local to global?

The old order of organisational systems must come alive to become the organism empowered from of the Spirit of love and wisdom. This is not an ideal but rather the commanding reality for humanity to get from animal to spiritual deployment of beauty and serenity. Can we nominate a team to get the EU KM Board that can lead on the strategy to make of the BBC the first extension of the organism? Crhis Macrae and Guilian Bush come to mind as the activating core. Supported by us here on this thread, is there a begining in sight?

Cheers, Benoit
