Terror, the war against it and the general condition of the world calls for the assembling of God’s people to emerge in full bloom, into the various societies and civilizations of the world. From our local to the global, the emergence of the Land of Emmanuel to address the full scope of the needs, can be deployed as follow:
1-Faculty of living

The Faculty of living is taken from the verse that says: "The just shall live by faith." The implication of that statement is of absolute ground. The conduit of spiritual living is faith. We receive justification by faith and we go on in the same way, from fath to faith, by faith and for the faith. Beliefs are made of my reasonings and conclusions or from cultural peer pressure conditionings. Faith is God revealing Himself, impulse by impulse. Personal and communal open source knowledge, activated with intelligence and wisdom in love, justice and peace are the Faculty of living.

The question we addressed is: How do we host the discipline of life’s sanctity, from the individual personal care to the maturity of mutuality in the family and in the community, within the Canadian context? The spectrum of our work is focused on verbalizing the answer to the twofold question on the discovery of applicable meaning (essence) and how to cultivate its embodiment to completion (substance), when and where the need arises individually, domestically, culturally or socially. The service we offer is to develop methods of approach to reach out and/or to train individuals, families and communities to develop healthy lives and conditions, always addressing both simultaneously. To begin our publishing and promotion service to Canadians, we studied four questions. They are: 1-“What is the essence of a relationship and how do we substantiate its dynamics to go from strangers to family, into the ongoing renewal of a healthy mutuality?”
2-“What is the essence of health, education and environment, and, how do we substantiate personal and communal awareness in the state of maturity and wisdom, free from the confinements of uniformity and of conformity?”
3-“How do we absorb the energies of individuals who are withdrawn in self-destruction and/or violence, in exchange to commune to and with them, in the essence of the inner life that ignites human existence to the substance of complete caring?”
4-“How can the answers to these questions be harnessed, refined and processed as the essence to foster our multi-cultural identity, and to thereby, substantiate unity amongst Canadians, secure in the bond and the growth of our citizenship’s heritage of personal, cultural and social health and wellness…amen?!”

The stages begin with one’s personal Acquisition of the taste for Health. Then, once stabilized into The Faculty of Living, he/she joins amongst the Correctional Family Circuiting until the firm establishment into the Ministry of Reconciliation. Thus is being built the Canadian Health Trail, emerging upon the Land of Emanuel.

From micro... I live with my family for the last 7 years in a "socio-cultural lab" named Abbottsfield, Edmonton. The police call it the ghetto of Alberta. I promote from here, unity in Canada, with the starting point of the "personal acquisition of the taste for health". From here, we grow the "correctional family circuit" that heals, maintains and strengthens the governance of: "to live and learn", by overcoming the rule of ignorance personally and into our midst, one day at the time. The circuit grows the organic bond between the families, shaping the discipline of implementing decision from consensus. Living unity appears from individual to another and grows from home to school and to work, to re-enforce home life in the neighborhood, providing the community league's development, with this renewal process. By this involvement, the population practices the application of both, unity and sovereignty, within the political context called Alberta, Canada. Once the microcosm of Abbottsfield is ready, we invite a small area of Quebec to accept our challenge to establish a parallel Quebec version. Eventually, as soon as possible, the whole scene gets to be taken on by writers, actors and producers who bring this on to the national attention via a docu-dramatisation series. Along with the televised series comes an invitation to Canadians and a process to join in. The "official" long story made short is contained in the following motion that I made to the Supreme Court of Canada. I was turned down, but in order to be turned down, they had to consider it; I take heart in that. ...to macro... To the Supreme Court of Canada I wrote: -------The following writings are steps and thoughts that I utilize, to promote Canadian unity, by tapping into the course of history's feeding to maturity, the health of the universal human identity, in the Canadian context. . The actual project is the idea of launching the research, development and implementation of an elementary, grade one class, made of experts from all the governing fragments of our western civilization. The goal of their endeavour is to lay the foundation for the Faculty of Living, where governing of decision making no longer has to live under the pressure of the wild climate of division and conflict that rules the play ground of kinder garden, outside that class. The class is to become the point of focus so the authorities can open and enter the door of consensus, where objectivity and subjectivity do not separate, for political reasons that go on, terms after terms, only to reach the excuses that explains failure. 2-Monastic family habitat

The monastic family habitat is where the Faculty of Living is being deployed into the practice of hosting and developing all best spiritual practices from all who wish to contribute in loving God back with the love He gives us. It is build to adapt the service to God under any circumstances and under all conditions amd to serve the socio-spiritual needs of conversion in the world, from self-destruction to self-control to community self-government.

EDMONTON’S IMMEDIATE DEPLOYMENT STRATEGY

The production of a simple home video as soon as possible, set out to be started at Sacred Heart School. A website ready and going with its easy viewing as quickly as possible. The title of the first episode is "From domestic oppression to domestic health". It will serve to accommodate a live Canadian family situation whose quest for home generates the core activity from the essence to the substance of universal community living. This exercise will cultivate the personal appreciation of each other until the functional home maturity is reached. From the acquisition of the taste for health, we grow into the discipline of assembling within the correctional family circuiting. As the core lights up and the news spread, the movement grows to become the Canadian Health Trail. The mission is to proceed with the communal regeneration where from the brown humus of our socio-cultural history, personal and otherwise, are proceeding into becoming the green life of simple trust and enjoyment of one another. The experience to enjoy life and to genuinely appreciate one another, form the one basic common denominator and framework of all functions and directives. There are 4 stages of development to unfold for anyone to complete this socio-economic entrepreneurship, from its microscopic cultural basis. -acquisition of the taste for health The basic element of self-government begins with self-control which comes from my personal ability to care, to maintain and to strengthen health awareness and well being. Authority of justice and of peace is maintained by residing within the proximity of relationships, made of dynamics open enough to bond in the mutual care for our complete health. This is the experience of intimacy that produces unity and which is needed to cultivate the blossom of individuals, families and communities. - correctional family circuiting From this small video production, we will raise the interest among neighbours to establish a pattern of weekend retreat to accommodate between 12 to 20 couples. The purpose of that weekend is to establish our contact to each other in the bond of the acquisition for the taste for health. The circuiting experience is the mutual subjection under the authority of the bond to “live and learn" to grow healthy with one another. The discipline involved in apprenticing to live in the community of this mutual subjection to strengthen our health with the appropriate changes, is the correctional part. -Canadian health trail From such a socio-cultural healing process grows the microcosm of community self-government. With enough episodes on tape, I hope to convert the simple production into a docu-dramatisation TV series. As the Establishment and the underground population learn to meet, the series grows by joining in the creative dynamics and activities that come together upon the meeting ground of the reconciliation. At that point in time, we go from small website home production to full fledge televised series. We do so by adapting the live situation into the docu-dramatization, with the help of writers, actors, producers and with the volunteer legions that will grow from the initiative. The TV series will be to bring on a faithful deployment of the microcosm to adapt into the national transition of scale, so as to extend into municipalities, province and nation. At the moment the populations of Canada are facing a conjuncture of opportune synchronicity by simply accepting the sequence of events that we are in right now. The Canadian Health Trail can be developed from the campaign I run, to the March SUFA review, to these discussions we are having, to the centennial of Western Canada to the visit of the Queen in May, to the Round Tables with the Aboriginal nations to the up coming Federal election. The citizenship is called to please rise up to our full measure of blessing and responsibility to humanity...
-Ministry of reconciliation is the Spirit binding the Canadian citizenship within the state of human living that keeps Canada out of reach of the powers of the terror-anti-terror entity. The Spirit of the Ministry of Reconciliation is the ground upon which the line was drawn by Mr. Chretien and, through his decision, by all Canadians, when we stood against the war in Iraq. Canada is not deceived by the equation of terror versus anti-terror, treating it in the reality that both sides are of the same entity. It is the nature of divide and conquer at its peak.
The line drawn by the refusal of Canadians and of the other nations of the G8 sheds the light on terror and anti-terror to show it from the same animal side of humanity, and can get defeated by cultivating the local alternative.

MONEY WILL GO TO…

The goal of the first stage is to define the personal focus of home interest. We do so by developing the settings needed to host families who are in situations of complete emergency, one family at the time. My wife and I volunteer to be set up at Sacred Heart School, to be established as the initiator of the Correctional Family Circuiting who will be supported to complete the Canadian Health Trail within the framework of the initiative of…Cleansing our vision of the Crown… Our family will beat the trail down to get from domestic oppression to domestic health, with a parallel positioning between local and global. This serves as the starting point to build the prototype of a 24 hours a day community centre to stand by as the presence who hosts the immediate need for individual and neighbour stablelization as the call arises. The process to develop the centre is mentioned under the name “correctional family circuiting”. The home made video production will define the civic ground, reasons and remedy, to empower the communities to help themselves from the bottom line of acquiring the taste for health and to join in the correctional family circuiting, all the way to the suspension of the Canadian citizenship until community satisfaction is established. With the contribution of family and neighbours, the civic authorities of Canada will facilitate the maturity of communal interaction within their each one’s own midst. By so doing, we’ll define the acceptable boundaries to apply the reach of community mental health along with the practices of restorative justice. This initiative is already growing on record to develop the lay out, the fund raising and the work force structure of the whole project within the existing relation that are established between the clients and the various agencies sponsored by United Way and the Edmonton Community Foundation. We all win now by supporting the contribution of our experience, to what has been missing in the past that would have helped prevent most of the pain along the way to maturity. -Establishment of beat cop shops across the city to become the illicit drug corner store of the community. This is being established temporarily to phase out the criminal aspect of the illegal market by setting the parameters of neighbourhood renewal with the customers. It gets done by providing the resources for the dispatching force needed. --CS becomes the umbrella of the large scale communication from the artistic agents to the public as a whole. The deployment of the movement of CS participation takes on a visual manifestation of the Animation album. It all comes to celebrate the recognition of the Aboriginal population as hosts of Canada and complete participants in hosting and shaping the Canadian identity. -Pedway construction to tie Sacred Heart School-Vic-Royal Alex with an elaborate underground triangled plaza to provide a venue to individuals and to each culture to describe the journey they have to go through to get from their position of strangers and to reach their own belonging and celebration into the wealth of Canadian Heritage. This work will serve as a model where Canadians equip themselves to reverse the under-overwhelming trend that says to immigration; “Make yourself at home” before we have guided them to: “ Welcome to the life of our house. We will help you settle in the good spirit we live and build our house in until you can make yourself at home and help the people of your far off land do the same home questing”.

FROM ALBERTA to QUEBEC to UKRAINE The democratic deficit is, in essence, the general sense shared by voters, that the trust of justice carried by politicians and the system at large is not being served as needed and as it could be. The deficit is a reaction to the sight of leadership that is fading into layers upon layers of automatic controls. In the name of security, these controls are systematically driving the majority to adapt toward an undesired choice between either military intelligence or the terror of lawlessness. The air is growing so thick of it that it makes voters to feel helpless and as a result, mistrust between authorities and the people feeds uncertainty that reaches in all walks of life of our society. The ongoing voters’ apathy shown in the 2004 Alberta provincial election is a signal and a cue to voters, that the time to accept responsibility for the democratic deficit is here in Alberta and now for Canadians. The void needs to start filling up at the community level, by learning to foster the consensus of personal inspiration. History is offering us the opportunity to extend the trust of organic-spiritual justice Law. The move is on to go from political power struggle to the voter’s power handle, from election to election.

BACKGROUND

Historically, Sovereignty is held by a Monarch who makes decisions and who rules by decree over the kingdom, with all the power of army and government. Sovereignty has eased democracy in the Canadian cultural and social fabric by the civilized containment of agreeing to disagree. It has allowed the nation to evolve from ignorant European nations at war for centuries, toward living our own life in peace, as much as possible. As shown in the struggle between the First Nations, Quebec and the rest of Canada, Opinions that lead toward violence instead of agreement is not the way Canadians vote to govern themselves. The traditional basis for military intelligence sustains the establishment of institutions of controls in order to maintain peace and security between people and power. In Canada, people is power. Instead of controls, we speak of service. There is only a short awareness left to accept to go from being paralysed in the realm of conflicting opinions and of past mistrust, to get to where our ship lives in the blessing to agree from the bottom to the top, moving in the liberty of the spirit of justice and peace for all of mankind who so desires. Authority in democracy is to serve and to complement self-control not to serve controlling governments.
INSPIRATION "Sovereignty is the ability to make decisions in complete maturity and the capacity to implement these decisions with full responsibility and wisdom.”
Canadian democracy is the history of sovereignty being released from the hands of monarchy into the hands of the people. In theory, decisions get to be made and carried out in agreement, amongst all who are mature citizens of the given jurisdiction. Mature democracy is to cultivate decision making with love from a pure heart, a good conscience and a genuine faith. To successfully address the democratic deficit, we need to cultivate sovereignty at the family and community level with the training of consensus. We begin by bringing the parents, the teachers and the judges to meet in schools, to cause a point of stillness to emerge in the community. Stillness is to set the tone. The relationship between these people becomes the tuning fork to proceed with the music of shaping decision making in our midst. This partnership becomes the catalyst to the Canadian Mother and Father International Association. Together, they usher in the Canadian fabric the rise of the personal sector. The personal sector is the trust and the voice to fill the void that exists between private forces and public forces, where the tax power gets shredded into ongoing excuses and power struggles of unresolvable opinions. The personal sector is the socio-cultural ground to raise the non-prosecutional zone from, as the starting point to meet in the non-threatening light of communion that will gather parents, teachers and judges. Families and neighbours get to be drawn by the inviting nature of meeting to regenerate and/or to restore being human in the spirit of love and wisdom, where justice is hosting decision-making in growing peace.

Once ignited, how to spread?

Feeding from the lessons of the Ottawa sponsorship scandal, the nature of our citizenship is consolidating into the maturity of a unity that lives in the heart and spirit, not in propaganda. By seeking the healing that justice brings, as opposed to prosecution, the scandal is an invitation to the greatest opportunity for Canadian democracy to move from the conflicting climates of human activities to the completing corrections of reconciliation. The Canadian citizenship is awaiting to be aroused by the blooming leadership of restorative justice, that substantiates at the community level.

Natural deployment in place from Alberta to Quebec Mr. Klein has gone from red liberal to blue conservative and became the Premier of Alberta. Mr Charest went from federal blue conservative to nationalist red liberal. He then became Premier of Quebec. They are long time friends and allies of a special courage in public life. The political back room criss-crossing journey of these two men from red to blue, gives out the true color of Canadian politics. When you mix red and blue, you end up with purple, deep bruised to the bone purple. Courage inspires. The personal steps of Mr Klein and Mr Charest’s political criss-crossing, reflect the courage of Canadian history itself. It is the history that defies the odds of a partnership between enemies, who build a life that can host the world’s diversity in justice and in peace. Because of the global need for inspiration and for direction caused by the terror anti-terror climate, Mr Klein and Mr Charest can ignite the path of the nation, by accepting the simple agreement as man, friends and Premiers, that on 25th day of December 2005, Quebec and Alberta accept the emergence of the land of Emmanuel between the two provinces. Based upon all that is good about us, this move extends in Canada the disposition of peace on Earth that Christmas gives, through out the year. As we reach out to Quebec, the Ukraine is a natural pillar for Alberta to establish this alliance with as well, in order to secure the depth to reach out to all the Commonwealth and the United States with the manifestation of such a witness. This simple move offers the solid basis to start filling the void of the Canadian democratic deficit, with inspiration and direction rooted in all that Canada has historically meant, namely, one who overcomes evil with good. Restorative justice works that way, and no other. By allowing justice to be restored will deploy maturity from the underground up in Canada. In time, the Federal-Confederal equation becomes then ready to serve the global scene from our local comfort expertise. Benoit Couture

society)

Domestic health is where home is the personal and communal quest. The word saint refers to sanctity. Sanctity means to be set apart. The saints have no permanent home on earth other than to quest for home. We are to sanctify the Lord into our hearts and we are to receive the work from God Himself of having our whole being sanctified, spirit, soul and body, that we may be kept irreprehensible for the day of avenement of our Lord Jesus-Christ. He who has called us is faithful and He, Himself will accomplish it. The Crown of life is presented to us from the time after death and the apostle James refers to the Crown in relation to the stages and steps along the path of sanctity. He says: Blessed is the one who endures temptation patiently, for after having been tested, he/she shall receive the Crown of life, which the Lord has promised to those who love Him. Quest for Home is the chapter of the project where we unveil the line of sanctity as established by the Lord, into the continuum of the one day of salvation that begins with Abraham and concludes when the Lord Jesus, the Christ of God returns to reign with the eternal scepter of justice and peace in His hand. The Crown of life is the victory lived out inthrough time and space, in the day of the Lord, the day of salvation! Once "Monastic Family Habitat" is ready to spread, then we deploy in neighbourhoods with:

DOMESTIC HEALTH CULTURAL and SPORT SOCIETY D.H.C.S.S.

DOMESTIC: There sphere containing the state and the dynamic that animates the home life.

HEALTH: The central basis in reality to determine the approval or rejection of any consideration by the individual or for the collectivity.

CULTURAL: The nourishment and knowledge to bring up the individual to on growing fulfillment from birth to death.

SPORT: The healthy stimulation needed in all human interaction, to grow in excellence and complete mutual appreciation. The atmosphere generated by the Spirit who strengthens humans in authenticity and who supplies us with the grace against all adversity.

SOCIETY: Work in progress for healthy homes, sportingly cultivated.

MISSION STATEMENT: Canada is facing a serious identity crisis. The membership of D.H.C.S.S. is a home-based alliance rising to bring harmony between the individual and the collectivity, between the local and the global. The Spirit of justice, of peace and of joy is the leader Canadians have chosen to follow in the building of the nations so far. The shaping of our identity is at a crossroad and democracy requires a movement of adaptation from citizen ship. Historic choices that affect us all must be made. Truthfully, lovingly and decisively D.H.C.S.S. shall house and nurture the spirit of Canada in the spirit of the Most High. Together we shall journey to the great opportunity, offered to us by destiny, to discover and to live up to that we are! Purpose: To research and to develop initiatives to heal the cultural, social and economic woes of the nation. Aim: To conduct the initiatives in a manner that will provide the governments of Canada with a pool of resources to apply in the reforms of the social safety net and in the handling of the Crown’s administrations.

4-Night Time Padre

The Spirit of the Lord Jesus is the Night time Padre. From the communion in the Faculty of Living, we grow into Monastic Family Habitats. We serve the local, regional and national needs from Domestic Health Cultural and Sport Society. When comes time to move where adversity and hostile ground is awaiting, we then extend into the darkness of the territories by following the Night Time Padre until the seed of life can be planted and harvested into the Faculty of Living. As we gain enough ground to swell into democracy, we come on from the personal, collective and geographical reality that brings us on to such degree of connectivity. top

5-Canadian of America

Canada means community, village or land of peace. The definition of Canadian is: Citizen of the land of peace. Canadian of America is the spiritual maturity of universal citizenship from the land of peace. He or she is endowed of the Spirit who spread and feed the Faculty of Living across the Americas, with the Monastic Family Habitat, following the scouting and the basic work of foundation, layed out by the crews of the Night Time Padre. When the service is completed, the is left the Domestic Health Cultural and sport Society to carry on the Monastic Family Habitat, where the Presence, the Word the Will of the Lord is the beginning and the end of all in all. We go on in the majesty we are all created to be living in, the majesty of the Eternal, whose love secures our destiny in the meaning of Himself....may the worship of His Presence be continious, the praise of His Word be on our lips and the thanks giving to His will to be ongoing and complete to His pleasure, amen
