This training also makes him apt in finding new ways to use his psionic powers

  • Empowers target by boosting their attack power. When used on an item it increases it's effectiveness. Doing so lowers the user's Psi Latency level by 5. Can only be used on one item at a time
  • This move requires that the castor be in physical contact with the target for both casting and uncasting
  • The psionic energy can be recovered from the target ragardless of the target's status41

Additional Notes

Psyc hides his wings inside of his cloak and almost never shows them for fear of being rejected. Needless to say he almost never uses them. The fact that he was cursed as a child to have poor hearing seems to have helped him focus his potent psionic powers, making it harder for him to be distracted. This came with the problem of his shyness in social relations, but not to the point of debilitating shyness. He often times feels as if people will befriend him in order to trick him. He uses the name 'Psyc' because his actual name sounds too demonic for him to feel comfortable with using. Only a select few know that he is half demon since he is lacking the horns on his head or the spiked tail that are typical of his hybrid and in fact looks very human, with the exception of the wings that he has hidden under his cloak. Even with his insanely high level of care taken to hide the truth that he is a half-demon, his demonic roots sometimes will surface in his lack of concern for life.

Psyc was exiled as a child from his community, Gyst'Nitsah. The main reason behind this is the fact that Psyc is, in fact, only a quarter demon. His mother, a half-demon, broke the law, instated by the community leaders, that made relationships between the tieflings of the community and humans illegal and punishable by exile or death, by marrying his human father. When Psyc's horns and tail did not grow the comunity marked him as an out cast and began looking for the parents. In an effort to avoid being linked with her son she publicly placed a curse on him that was ment to render him deaf. But his mother failed at properly delivering the curse and many began to suspect a link between her and the quarter-breed. Soon the community leaders found out of her relation to the quarter-breed and had her publically executed as an example. When Psyc's father got word of his wife's death, he assembled a small army and attacked the community in an atempt to find revenge. The small army was quickly slaughtered by the Tieflings and several more, each larger than the previous, followed in it's footsteps, each seeking revenge for the destruction of the previous. Eventually the leaders of the community ordered the young quarter-breed to go into permenent exile from Gyst'Nitsah expecting him to die a slow and painful death in the wilderness. After his exile the leaders attacked a leveled the town from which his father originated. This lead other villages to form a large army which attacked Gyst'Nitsah and raized it to the ground. Only a handful of Tieflings survived the assualt, which took place some 45 years in the past.

21 Decieves the nature of the target to a decent group of people (13+). To them, the object looks and sounds identical to the object the user wishes it to. However, conflicting information like a wrongly shaped shadow or a lack of proper knowledge will alert them and the illusion will be dispelled
22 Casts a sphere of Psi energy over a target. This field causes immence pain whenever a user attempts to cast a spell
23 A blade of cutting Psi energy. This blade is capable of cutting though many soft metals
24 The user can create and project fire in numerous ways
25 The user absorbs energy from one source and can shunt it throughout his body and into something else without harm. Heat can be sent into the ground, electricity into metal, pure energy can be fired back
26 Creates a shimmering green sphere of explosive energy that will follow its target at a fast pace
27 Using a more manipulative form of telekinisis, the air around the target thickens, making it harder to move
28 A short burst of mental energy causes the target's mind to lock up for two posts. Cannot be lengthened
29 Forces the target to lose interest in whatever he is currently doing
30 Allows the user to place thoughts in the target's mind, which unless thought about will seem to be the target's own natural thoughts. However, if something seems suspicious, the target can be roused to attention
31 The user can use his mental powers to lift up to three objects without touching them, even great weights from great distances
32 The user can read a person's thoughts and communicate with them mentally
33 Calls down a two meter wide orb of explosive dark energy
34 Weakens the target slowly, strengthening the caster
35 A shroud of darkness settles over the area for 10 turns.
36 Summons skeletal hands from the ground, which grasp and grab whatever is whithin their reach. They are not too sturdy, but have vice-like grips
