Take in alphabetical order.

Largely consisting of chemicals named after plants, vitamins have become big business in the wake of disappointing developments in medicine like vaccines, antibiotics and the eradication of Small Pox. There is a perfectly balanced vitamin supplement for everyone, whether tall, short, large, small, vegetarian, dog, or reptile.

Vitamins are typically taken in large, multi-coloured handfuls and taste something like acidic hay. They are only lethal if choked on, which happens with a fair degree of frequency.

Often associated, but not to be confused with, crystals.
