Hello. I am a male Dragon, currently in Human form, studying the ways of Humanity in the late 20th-early 21st centuries, as they put it. To my knowledge, I have no direct ties with anything other-worldly. I am, however, tuned in part to Earth's distant, distant past; Some time before the Mice showed up. I have married a human female, which I love dearly, and have three boys of indeterminate sanity and incalculable intelligence. I reside currently in the United States, in the state of Texas. And I plan someday to actually have a little time to think clearly on things.

I have learned today: It is nearly Impossible, in Texas, in August, in the middle of the worst heat wave in 70 years, to find a cool lake to go swimming in.
The family and I, with the accompaniment of my sister-in-law, attempted to find a nice place to swim and cool off, preferably somewhere (technically) natural. NOT a sane thing to do today, when the best swimming rivers are barely a trickle, and the lakes are all higher than body temperature.
