Sparrow Hawk, that's me I think, or was I supposed to know that already. Yes, I think I was, or maybe I just used to be Sparrow Hawk and am no longer anymore. I haven't been here for quite a while, 34 weeks if the last time I entered a journal entry stands for anything, and just when I was about to remark upon the ugly change that has come over H2G2 it magicly returned to the beautiful Blue and Blob design we've all grown to love. I'm thinking now that maybe, members get to see a better side of the whole deal than the rest of the world, and if that's true, then it makes me feel all warm and tingly inside.

Well, the company's doing pretty good, and I got another job on the side. It's contract programming in Delphi 4... and if anyone at all can give me a decent explination of why it is freezing my maching and tell me a way to fix it I would be in your debt. I need this for work.

Dead Cars

My car has died. It had a heart attack last thurday, and they told me they could do a transplant, but it was too forgone. It was dead already. So here I am, on foot, looking for a new car, watching all my plans to take over the world shrivel up and burn into little bitty tiny bits of burnt nothingness simply because my car was a tad too old. The next book that I'm going to publish just got it's publication date ripped out from under it, and it's falling with no clear idea of where it's going to land. Dreams flutter, Dreams fly, Dreams persevere, but only after time kicks them around for a while.
