| | The Files of The Phantom Observer | |
Hitch-Hiker's Dossier: The Phantom Observer Real Name: Unrevealed Occupation: Observer of Life, the Universe ... everything, really. Identity: Secret, and staying that way Former aliases: Research 142063 Legal status: Citizen of Canada with no criminal record Marital status: Unrevealed, but assumed to be single (would a married person act this way? ) Known relatives: None revealed to the Guide Group affiliation: Canadian Researchers Club Base of operations: Ottawa, Ontario (Canada) First appearance: (on h2g2) June 2003 History: Little has been revealed about the Phantom Observer, save what he has chosen to reveal here. What is known is that he used to file reports to h2g2 as Research 142063, and in that pseudonym his reporting was sporadic at best. He appears to have dropped off the radar in 2001, re-appearing two years later under his current guise. (He ascribes his absence to a change in computers and ISP hosts, resulting in loss of registration data.)He seems to have done work for the Canadian military, and is apparently enthusiastic about the medium of motion picture/TV animation (i.e., "toons"). He also possesses knowledge on a variety of minor topics, mostly in the area of the liberal arts but occasionally branching into military history. He apparently intends to document his knowledge here in the Guide whenever the opportunity presents itself. There is no telling what circumstances or events may trigger an attempt by The Phantom Observer to make a Guide entry. When he does, though, the entries tend to be well-researched without being over-detailed, as well as readable by most people. This makes The Phantom Observer a Guide correspondent to keep an eye on.

| This is where any Journal Entries would appear, if this Researcher had made any. Unfortunately they haven't managed to write anything, which is a shame because their Journal is where they could tell everyone what they've been up to. Is your Journal empty too? If so, this is how it'll appear to other Researchers who visit your Personal Space. |
